Live Chat Agents are worth their weight in gold

    Today I chatted with a few agents on different casinos wondering if there were any reload bonuses available. Just wanted extended play time knowing I probably won't cash out. Of course, the standard answer is "sorry, there is nothing available right now". I always try to pick the casinos that do not tie in my real money should I get a nice hit. Actually, 99.9% of the time those are the only bonuses I will take. So, I go onto Mr. Green expecting the same old same old. I have always found this casino a wee bit arrogant. I got a hold of Alexander who was simply amazing. No, there was nothing available but he credited me with a $10 courtesy bonus. How awesome is that!

    Patryk if you are reading this .... guys like him make your jobs easy. All you casinos need more Alexanders!

    You also never know who you'll get on live chat so be nice! Last night I was on a newly opened casino and spoke to the CEO of the entire casino group :eek:

    Sometimes though I think live chat has a random name generator and it's really the same person you had spoken to earlier with a different name :D

    Mr Green support has always been spot on for me when I have spoken to them, a couple of more complicated problems they couldn't sort, but at least they seem to actually know what a casino is, which is more than you can say for some live chats! Never understand the love certain casino's get on here with awful customer service, and some who are rarely mentioned who I've never had a problem with.

    Had a few no deposit bonuses from Mr Green in the past, always worth popping onto chat to ask if you have made a few deposits without getting one.

    just decided to pop on and ask after I posted - take note other casinos (VS etc) - this is customer service, and I was on live chat for under 90 seconds!

    I could not do without live chat they're are fantastic and doing a great job :thumbsup:

    They have to put up with some crazy people out there and still have to be polite, it would be so frustrating to do that job and not be able to tell some crazies off.

    Nisar from guts was awesome. I don't know if he still works there but the guy was smart,fast and reliable.

    I remember talking with a dude on VS for 2 hours. Very nice conversation.

    There is some great chat reps out there, I have just spoken to one with my internet provider, I had no intention of speaking but just out of know where, I was just looking at some statements and just checked my account and a pop up appears so thought why not :D

    The best conversation I ever had with any CS since I have been online, If all was as knowledgeable and polite and not rushing trying ti flog you off than I am sure there wouldn't be many problems, But here where it sits,

    Like Nicola said, I am sure also there is just a name generator, In fact I have cought them out doing it, Not only was it the same person but actually lied about there name at least on one of the chats,
    Most are clueless & do not give a feck,
    Also I know we are all human but I am afraid it comes with the job, I know its not nice but thats the fact, You work in customer service than it does not take a genius to work out your going to get some stick Especially when you no more than them,
    Just like most jobs there is always going to be something that pisses you off,

    Not at all, like I said, Mr Green reps seem to actually know what a casino is. Sometimes with some casino's I actually wonder if they know they are live chat for a casino!
    Skybet have always been great too, and Coral, depending on who you get, can be good. They can be terrible too though.
