Wow what a week I am having. I discovered NetEnt casinos and my life is changed forever. I played so much Jack Hammer last night I saw the reels spinning in my sleep all night HA!

I did go a little hog-wild depositing more than I usually do....BUT..... $1000.00 cashout at Guts, followed by $1500.00 at CasinoLuck, and the cherry on top?? Another $2000.00 at Guts.

Christmas went from bleak to bountiful in a single weekend.

The kicker?

As I am going for verification, something I haven't needed to do in ages at my old MG casinos (ie. 32 red) I found out my passport is expired. I do not drive, and Canada doesn't have a National ID card program. I was advised that ONLY a driving license or passport will be accepted before the funds will be released. I only hope and pray that the process isn't long and drawn out so that I can collect before xmas lol.

This has to be the single winningest weekend in 10+ years, but now my nerves are as shot as when I won my very first withdrawal. I feel like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak. I really really hope and pray that nothing goes wrong with my withdrawals. I am having a flashback to when I foolishly tried a software called RTG and hit a couple of rogue outfits, though I know from you guys here that these NetEnt casinos are top class Aok.

Well done! Passport is for proof of ID, and serves its purpose whether it has recently expired or not - you're still the same person. The time-sensitive 'proof of address' is simply a statement or such which has to be less than 3 months old. You should be OK, those sites both have good reps on here.:lolup:

Hopefully verification will go through quick and they should accept your passport even if its expired as it still proves who you are.

If its not accepted right away just remember how much the money means and don't reverse. But if theres any problems with verification PM Ben and Eric as they are both great Reps and hopefully they can help get it sorted out for you.

I am going to either way, just makes life easier, but are you saying it is worth checking with the rep even in the finance dept already made a decision with the chat rep I was speaking to? It's an extra $114.00 to have a speedy passport renewal, so it would be better if I could wait the 20 business days for a regular one for sure :)

Not saying he can sort it but its worth a try.

I have found he is really helpful and he always says if anyone needs help contact him.

There have been cases on here before where security will not accept ID at some casinos as player has no photo ID and the Reps have helped the players out.

Not saying Ben can help but if there is a way to get account verified using other ID then hes the one that would be able to help. Certainly worth sending a PM anyway asking as hes on here every day.

Remember that the Reps on here are not just people paid to go to forums etc. most of them are pretty high up in the casinos.

Just to let you know bruinsdude Ben is actually head of casino operations and Eric is the casino manager at their respective casino.

If you look through the rest of Reps on here you will see most are actually owners of casinos or managers. That's why always worth a check if Reps can help. I think sometimes people dismiss reps thinking they are really only customer service staff that visit the forums but in Reality they are normally all holding high positions.

Anyway best of luck and hope you manage to sort something. Just remember no Reversing lol.

Pretty sure KYC requirements in most jurisdictions will allow for other forms of official Government-issued photo ID, ie. Social Security or ID card. You should check...might save some time.

I would have thought so, and I did provide government issued photo id, which they would not take (Photo Health Card with embedded signature). I asked the question in a way that could not be confused. I asked, "So what you are telling me is that unless I can provide you with a Drivers License (which I don't have) or I renew my passport, there is NO other form of ID finance will accept?" She checked with them, and insisted that yes this was the case. I even clicked the little email icon on Guts which is supposed to email me a transcript, but I checked and checked and no transcript ever came or I would paste what she said in here.
If I have learned one thing from my past dealings with casinos....it is that patience pays off. I have reacted quickly to a situation before, and that never goes well LOL. I am certain things will work out in the end, I just get so dang nervous and on edge when a large sum is pending. I am so grateful to have this forum here for me to bounce things off of....you guys are the best!!!!

The easiest way to take a screenshot is by using "Snipping Tool" which should be included in newer Windows versions (Vista and later).

I use Screenhunter 6. It is free but I don't remember where I downloaded it.

OK so after I snip it, and take a capture, it says I exceed the maximum filesize by almost half?

Both casinos have now moved me into the "Verified" category. Thanks everyone so much for your insight and advice :)
