At the end of last month I took part in Ladbrokes scratchcard promo...
I lost £61 quid in wagering £126 on King Cashalot, but the card they sent me made up for it!

They're running a similar promo right through October, so I decided I will carry on having a shot at it until I blow out...
This is the October schedule:-
Deposit & stake a total of at least £100 (or currency equivalent) on either Dolphin Tale, What on Earth, Cashville or Mad Hatters, depending on the week’s promotion, to qualify. The more you play the more chances you have to win...

Remember, the game promotion will alternate each week!

Games:
Dolphin Tale: 1st - 8th October
What on Earth: 9th - 15th October
Mad Hatters: 16th - 22nd October

Dolphin Tale filled me with trepidation, as this slot is a killer unless you get lot's of bonus rounds (as you'll see below), but I took the plunge anyway!
(Low-rolling to minimise variance, of course!)

As in my first post - you have to wager 100 on the designated slot - then they e-mail you a hyperlink to the scratchcard within the next 24hrs.

I was looking forward to this slot, as I've had good results on it in the past, but this week was a bit of a disaster! :mad:
Lost EVERY day! (Luckily the scratchcards saved me! ;) )

JFTR - On CASHVILLE, I've only played it 3 times this week and I have had a LOSE, 5 and 25.

I have no idea how much I have wagered. Can't be arsed to count it all up, but probably done loads. (Although I was playing 2 a spin and I got 4 BONUS symbols which paid around 350 on 2 picks). And I was 1 nudge out (like your screenie) on one of the decent 5OAK's. :D :D

I see their T&C's are still wrong; it says you must deposit & play 100 - but last time it was OK to use funds already in your account (i.e. No deposit necessary).

In the past I've just turned over the 100 and I've received the card. So I hope anything hasn't changed there!

Vary poor free-spins feature early on (spin 37), then nothing.
Luckily hit a 22 win near the end to avoid total disaster.

Poor, then nothing, then poor, then nothing. No features.
Luckily hit a 21 win near the end to avoid a worse disaster!

Yes I am, but they have been giving me the run around.

So I played the first day which was 1 May, Tuesday which was supposed to mean that I receive the scratchcard 2 May - but it did not arrive. I spoke to CS and they said there was a technical error and I did not receive the scratchcard until 3 May - fair enough, it was a nice one so wasn't too bothered.

I did not play again until 4 May, Friday which meant I should have received my scratchcard 5 May, Saturday - but it didn't turn up again! I had a few cross words with them yesterday emailing them backwards and forwards about 3 times but they still didn't send me one - so I am on a mini strike until they get act together. This is really not like Ladbrokes as normally they give a top class service - however a small minority of their CS representatives really don't have a clue what they are doing. I am not sure if that is down to not enough initial training or that they really don't give a damn. Either way, it's not good enough for a big company such as themselves.

And I don't expect to be mucked around by them with the amount of money I shove in their pockets year in, year out. :mad:

Well it got better, but not enough for smilies...
I started a day behind, so I'm gonna change to dates now:-

May-5th (Day 4):-
I think this proves that these slots do even out because I got FOUR lots of free-spins in 171 goes!
However, the first 3 were PPP: 7.20, 7.66 & 5.46 from 34p spins.
The last was a little better, giving me 38.77 from a 1 spin.
But I still made an overall loss!
Spins: 206 . Wagered: 112 . Result: -2
Scratchcard awarded: Still waiting, but it's early yet.

I agree with Cheeky about Lads CS, they can be quite poor, but I think it's just down to lack of training. Like many casinos the main managers only seem to work 9-5 weekdays, and weekends often don't appear to be as well supported.
They always seem to struggle when these promo's come around, but I guess that could partly be because they have a huge take up of the games, being probably the biggest UK online bookmaker.

They owe me 2 now - I gave up on the mini strike thing.

My forefinger was craving some action.
 
Well I just received one (albeit manually) - not an official one, but a copied and pasted link sent by CS.

Apparently they are not issued by Ladbrokes themselves and are mailed out by an outside company.

Ladbrokes are also stating that I should check my junk mail in case it arrived there - REALLY??!!?? I would never have thought of that, thanks soooo much for telling me. ;) FFS.

This has now put me off a bit and am wondering if I should bother with it now. A real shame coz LOADED is one of my fav slots!

I emailed lads, and got one saying it would be resolved within 24 hours. of course no response.

So I phoned them, and apprently the promotions department doesn't work weekends. So she sent them an "urgent" request, and said it would be sorted out this morning, first thing. Of course nothing.

I'm about 5/6 cards down now! Really poor service.... surprising from lads as well :what:
