Kudos to 32 Red & Dash Casino

Hi everyone,
I know alot of you already know about the excellent service and the excellent gaming at 32 Red & Dash, but for any new members or anyone that hasn't experienced the privledge of playing at these casinos you dont know what your missing. For a long time I couldn't play at these casinos because of my banking options (not that their lacking, they have alot of banking options) but I finally have been able to play there because of the new pre paid cards, thankfully. I have never been treated so well and so fairly in my entire life. These guys (as most of you know) go above and beyond what would be even remotely expected. And I'm not just talking about great service. They are the epidimy of excellence. I have been having a bit of a hard time lately, one example was a software problem I was having with reinstalling 32 Red, one of the representatives and I started emailing back and forth as he was trying to help me. He suggested that he call me instead, (and he did immediately) he stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hrs and not only did he help me with the software issues, but helped me with other problems I had been having with my computer as well. Things that had nothing to do with the casino. He was patient and determined and I am indebtly grateful. They have been more then generous and their service is immpeccable. Anyway, I have to give kudos when kudos are due. These guys care about their players experience and will go above and beyond their call of duty to please. Not only have they helped me with my computer issues but they have been more then generous with several other things I've needed help with and not to mention the comps. So, I just wanted to say thanks to the staff and management at 32 Red & Dash. You guys have made a world of difference in my gaming experience.:thumbsup:

I hate 32RED and DASH :mad::mad:. Just kidding. Their service has always been excellent but I cannot experience this any more because like US players, I am not allowed to play there. Fundamentally, the difference between 32 RED and other MGs is whether they try to help their customers. Some simply take you as a walk-in customer and answer a couple of questions and ask you to refer to some manual/terms when things are unclear. The personal touch is well and alive at 32 RED.
 
Can only echo the above comments.

I recently had a few issues with cards not registering and a few emails disappearing into black holes.

I sent a PM to Ed and got a lengthy reply and also spoke with Pat who sorted everything out. Great service, right up there with 3dice!
