yesterday I visited a friend and in the evening we decided to play some slots. As I`m on a break now I just watched him playing.

Ok, he told me that he made his deposit (135 Euro) the day before without a bonus. He played first the Online Casino because there are EGT slots. He went down to 70 and changed to Netent Casino and played there.
Then he changed back to Online Casino and ended up the session with 69 Euros.

Yesterday he first played EGT slots and was happy, one big hit and his balance was 255 Euros. Then he changed to Netent Casino and started Sparks. After a few spins I noticed that his balance was over 320 Euros.
I told him and he stopped. And now the surprise, he had bonus money in his account. He asked CS to remove the bonus money what they did.

Then he asked why he has bonus money in his account. The answer was a little bit strange. You get a bonus everytime you play Netent Casino. You don`t get a bonus if you play other parts of the casino.

For example: 100 deposit, you play first EGT slots and change to Netent Casino you don`t get the bonus if your bankroll is lower than 100, but if your bankroll is over 100 you get the bonus.

IMO this is wrong. I have to say that not the whole bankroll was blocked because of the bonus money.

What do you think about this?

Seems a little bit strange IMO why suddenly give a bonus just because you choose to play netent game.... I would stay away from them if i was your friend just to avoid some withdrawal complication for the future... (It's just my opinion )

When you transfer money to Netent games it triggers the 25% bonus (fridays).
It's not opt-in but an automated procedure when you start playing a Netent-slot on a friday when the promotion is active.

Thanks for raising this Gagamel.

Currently Klaver Casino runs with two different wallet sytems: Our own and Net Ent. When we went live in 2012 we provided Live Casino games and Net Ent games. Net Ent games we offered with their built in wallet system and therefore their bonus system.

Since we have decided to add more games in to our own wallet system and because we continued to use the Net Ent wallet system we can (currently) only offer games in the Net Ent Casino.

We are in the transition to change the whole integration of games in to one lobby and one wallet system and as a result we will be offer our bonuses on any game and through one wallet system.

Unfortunately we are not there yet but we plan to launch this system in Q1 2016.
