I'm dubious about this, because I finally received emails the payment has been approved today (Wednesday) and the money is in my account, the transactions now show Approved. Looks to me like they just took almost a week to send the money.I've just asked live chat again for an ETA and they're saying that even though it says Pending it's actually been Approved and has been sent, and will take 7 business days, which is odd since the details I provided were local account details (not IBAN) and we have largely instant transfers in this country now.
Anyway it's not in the account yet and I'll advise when it is but at least it isn't reversible anymore.
