Opposite experience to the above here:
I've deposited thousands with them and finally tried withdrawing a few hundred bucks the other night.
First apparently they don't accept a full colour scan of the original passport because it has to be an "original photo", then they don't accept a photo showing the front and back of the credit card since it needs to be two separate files, then they don't accept the Bitcoin address because it's a new address so you need to click the verification link in an email, which doesn't work, then, once support gets back to you and you rerequest payment they will tell you that Bitcoin payment isn't accepted in your country (what? why have it in the cashier then?) So you have to use bank transfer, pay huge currency conversion fees and have a minimum withdrawal of $300.
Then you reverse the payment, lose it all back in frustration and never play there again.
Pretty typical stalling tactics to save a few hundred dollars and very short sighted since I'm pretty sure I've deposited near five figures with them.
