King Billy made it through relatively unscathed via the Baptism by Fire.

Casinomeister Rating of 8.7 - not too shabby. Awaiting ratings from the Meister Minions.

Gave King Billy a try on Friday night/Saturday morning and won big from Piggy Riches Megaways.

As someone almost only ever depositing on CM accredited Casinos, I am used to timid payouts and not too much hassle with KYC. Given that Trustly doesn't work with my bank or bank account somehow (Trustly cannot explain why that is either) I had to use the slow Bank Transfer option for withdrawals.

Given that and the fact that I sent in my documents at the weekend, I was curious to see if my money will hit my bank before Christmas.

I was pretty amazed to see not only my documents approved yesterday, but received confirmation of my withdrawals from King Billy this morning and shortly after noon my 3 withdrawals for 12k total were on my bank account already.

While I know swift withdrawals to web wallets and via Trustly, this is a new record for Bank transfer for me. Kudos for that!

Opposite experience to the above here:

I've deposited thousands with them and finally tried withdrawing a few hundred bucks the other night.
First apparently they don't accept a full colour scan of the original passport because it has to be an "original photo", then they don't accept a photo showing the front and back of the credit card since it needs to be two separate files, then they don't accept the Bitcoin address because it's a new address so you need to click the verification link in an email, which doesn't work, then, once support gets back to you and you rerequest payment they will tell you that Bitcoin payment isn't accepted in your country (what? why have it in the cashier then?) So you have to use bank transfer, pay huge currency conversion fees and have a minimum withdrawal of $300.

Then you reverse the payment, lose it all back in frustration and never play there again.

Pretty typical stalling tactics to save a few hundred dollars and very short sighted since I'm pretty sure I've deposited near five figures with them.

That would be King Billy.com you were playing at? Not King Billy casino as this one doesn't accept AU players.

I am at King Billy.com and never had a problem, fast verification and fast payment :)

Edited (put wrong casino name)

how would you know that he played at kingbilly.com???

also your statement doesn't make sense kingbillycsino.com accepts Australian players and kingbilly.com doesn't , so how would he even got verified!!

also that the staff at kingbilly.com and kingbillycasino.com are the same!!

and second neon has gambled for years, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't make that mistake!! everyone should look at The Pogg and check the last two complaints there, both regarding withdraws taking super long!

That's tough. Maybe they changed over time or maybe getting accredited helped for a motivation to do better... Or I was just lucky to use photo in the first place and not have any credit cards to verify, since I deposited directly from bank account

When I made my withdrawal request, I did immediately set a loss limit though, so that the amount I wanted to withdraw was out of my reach to play back. And at least I talk myself into this being a signal towards casinos a signal that stalling tactics are futile. I use this feature a lot nowadays when I'm a good part ahead and only ever regretted those times where I didn't.

You are very rude!! Who stole your cookie from the cookie jar?

There are two King Billy Casinos with different licence.

This happened over the last few days.
Sucks ofc. Maybe I was lucky or you were unlucky, don't know.

Maybe take it as a reminder to upload docs to sites where you deposit large upfront or at least after some time, regardless of whether you already got a withdrawal request or not... And I can really recommend those loss limits after winning. If I want to increase them after setting, it's minimum 24 hrs before changes are made and therefore lots of time to think about playing it back.

Only a few weeks ago I had a small withdrawal through BTC and it was fine. Did you deposit with card?
