Did you mean "UKGC never ceases to repossess"? ;)

That'll teach 'em! I'm sure they're crying all the way to Cayman Islands on their private jets.

According to the report one player managed to deposit £43K and lose £36K of it in seven days, that's the annual UK average salary, so yeah, perhaps they weren't doing things properly.....

we all know how much money UKGC gets every year, not sure what UKGC do with all this millions every year

FWIW: newbettingsites.co/articles/what-happens-to-money-from-uk-gambling-commission-fines/
There are other articles discussing much the same but the "pinch of salt" approach here is ... refreshing.

Toothless and gutless regulator which is why these things still happen. That's like a tiny slap on the wrist with a feather to them.

It's all a bit backward also.

I mean, if you govern an industry and you keep finding yourself dishing out fine after fine because it's failing, there has to e a problem with the governance, right?

Just another croc of shit designed to medicate and spin money.

What we need is another governing body to fine the failing governing bodies, that'll work! :p

What a shame - I'm gutted for them... NOT! :D :D :D

Karma King ;)
If anything, be pissed off with them. They’ll have to recoup this fine by taking even lower RTP versions of the slots they offer and the industry will follow eventually. The industry always follows eventually.

Yeah it’s the end user that gets shafted ultimately. Firstly by the draconian regulation itself and then secondly by casinos trying to scoop back the fine they’ve had to pay.

They have the new Crystal Catcher from Relax on exclusive but is the 94%er. Its a mid-vol version of Fire Hopper, I quite like it but not with those numbers.

Nearly every slot at Unibet is in the mid-range RTP bracket now. How the mighty have fallen so quickly.

But Elk’s newest (Katmandu X) has been released at 95%, bucking their latest trend of releasing 94%ers. 95% is my personal absolute minimum unless I come across a slot that I really want to play for some obscure reason.

Yes, I was hoping it was a sign, their slots are so good, but Rabbit Royale and Ashoka are both back down to 94%.

To be honest I was not referring to how they treat their players, but how they treat their "marketing partners" like pieces of shit on their shoes!

I promoted 32Red (Casinomeister's Casino of the Decade) for 12 years and was frankly earning good money with them... but when Kindred took over in 2019 the greedy bastards cut my rev share from 40% to 10%
I was also promoting Unibet with them - and they did the same thing there.

Then they changed my "life-time" deal from NNCO to with Negative Carry-over.

And finally, late in 2020 they closed my affiliate account completely and went riding off into the sunset, laughing and taking the 1,000+ players I had referred to their group with them...
So yeah - I hate the bastards :axeman2:

They are obviously aware of what they are doing so you have to take it as being done on purpose. Knowing the money they make will more than cover the fine. The whole industry stinks right now.
I have to say I disagree.
