Kahnawake Gaming Commission not really helping me

As I see this discussion is about the standing of KGC. I had not a very nice experience with the KGC. I played in the casino Le Bull. This casino operates under the Kahnawake. I had a great start in this casino, I won a big sum on free spins, overall I had 5 200 EUR in my account. I guess the casino did not like this, because shortly after this my account was blocked. They sent me an email saying that I was using two accounts. I have no idea what they mean. So, I referred this to the Kahnawake. To my surprise the Kahnawake supported the casino. To be honest I am very much confused by this... I dont know what kind of job the Kahnawake does to other players, but in my case it was not fair...I honestly have the impression now that the license is casino oriented...

What was the reason the KGC sided with the casino? And I tried visiting the site and all I get is a DNS error.

Might have been a good idea to start your own thread instead of a 6 year old one since the amount you lost is pretty hefty

I guess you are right. Already started a new thread. The casino stopped operating, I dont know about the Kahnawake reasons. Maybe it has something to do with the casino getting closed.
 
We meet with the KGC every year at ICE in London and go through their annual report on player complaints in some detail. From this we know very well that they do help players, rather a lot actually, and as such your blanket statement against them is not appropriate.

Ok, well I can judge based on my experience. When is the next meeting? Maybe the KGC could give some sort of comment on this.
