I recently won a few different times for several thousand on Wok n Roll slot and some other various card games and iNetBet suspended my account and I can no longer log in. It is so ridiculous that you can deposit more than a few times and lose all your money to them, but when you actually win a few times they refuse service/payouts and suspend your account. I took screenshots of the Wok n Roll winnings just in case they tried something funny and sure enough they did. I want my winnings and I am preparing to wage internet war on these casinos that are not paying winners. I play for entertainment so I am not salty when I lose, but if/when I actually win something, then they conduct themselves this way? It will be propagated across the www. Please respond if you have had similar experiences, or if you have any thoughts. maybe iNetBet will respond to me on this forum and it is all a mistake, I would love to resolve this.

I've always thought of INETBET as being fair, it's the their software provider that has the problem. And no I dont think they hate winners but they like losers a whole lot more. :)

BTW, welcome to the fourm as this is your first post. If your comlpaint is not legit you will be eaten alive immediately by forum members and staff. So back to your beef. Go in to a little more detail as to what exactly happened. When you deposited, how much, bonus or no bonus etc etc. Are they not responding to emails?

PD

Thanks for the encouragement PD. I deposited over a month ago, amount is irrelevant, no bonus, and I was trying out various card/table games and slot machines. I got lucky a few times and just kept having fun. Since they only pay out five hundred at a time, I have kept playing while waiting for my withdrawals to complete from the original 'jackpot', now they stopped paying and I now cannot log in at all. It leaves a nasty taste in your mouth when you run around the house in your jammies celebrating with your family that you just won a couple large on a freaking internet slot machine or a casino game, only to later realize it was all for not. Funny thing is, I would have been cashed out by then and wouldn't even have won as much if they allowed withdrawals of more than five hundred at a time to the third party payer I used. I believe they do this with the hopes that you will only get five hundred and then gamble the rest of your money away between payouts, that is fine it is their business. It is like they are in disbelief that someone actually won something and wants the money without losing it all in the next weeks. I joined iNetBet because of the good reviews from this site, the games are fun and fair as well, but your not a real winner until the money is your hands. I know many gamers who only go to LV and local casinos who gamble a lot of money folks, and when I tell them that I play online, they always reply with " I just don't trust them". They are more thinking of software not actually claiming winnings.

You used a 3rd party payer (Account)? Did you use a fraudulent account or Credit Card, etc.? If not I think there is a person here named Maxd who would be more then happy to looking this matter for you. I do believe though if you contact Maxd then you shouldn't be posting your complaint in too much details here.

Since they only pay out five hundred at a time, I have kept playing while waiting for my withdrawals to complete from the original 'jackpot', .

Some of their withdrawal methods require you to request withdrawals in increments of $500. When i recently won a random, i requested 18 withdrawals, one after the other, it was a pain, but it was paid out at the same time.

For the OP, did you take this to PAB? I am certainly no fan of RTG, accredited or not, but I am seeing a trend here of complaining about Accredited casinos and this is becoming a big concern. Your issue should not be made public unless you have no other recourse. Here on this forum a poster with a legitimate problem has many resources to go through first for help and assistance before posting negative statements that are meant to throw doubts in the minds of the playing public that frequent this forum in regards to accredited casinos.
I have looked at the accredited list and see Inetbet has "no withdrawal limits", so therefore I can only assume something is not quite right about your post.
So please, take it to Max, he'll straighten things out I'm sure.

No I have not taken anything to any board, I don't view this site as a go between with online casinos. This is one online reference website of many regarding the internet casino world. Although I do not need a mediator by any means, if I did I would call my attorney, not a website forum. As for my issue being made public? Shouldn't that be my choice to post my issue? I am/was the playing public on here looking for accredited casinos. This was my first post, I don't live on here waiting to pounce on anyone that actually has a service issue and tells other users about it. I am telling the other readers about my real experiences and the service levels I receive and you call it negative statements that are meant to throw doubts? We can dead this issue and you can delete it as far as I am concerned, I am not on here looking for justice or to debate my experiences, just posting my story friend. Some replies are odd on this subject anyway, some very paranoid:eek2:. Thanks for the information.

Why don't you take a long walk on a short pier... And do us all a favor with your b.s. Since you did come here you very much made your problem public.

on here looking for accredited casinos.

Hi there jcn008!

They are not mediators..

The accreditation comes from here. Its Casinomeisters accreditation. This list of accredited casinos is useful for many players and accredited casinos have to be reliable, otherwise they are warned by Casinomesiter or maxd. They can lose their accreditation as well.

All casinos on the accredited list will do pretty much to remain on that list. If maxd looks into your story you will improve all your chances.

Its free except for the time you will spend during your PAB.

I think you completely misunderstand what this website/forum is about jcn. It is here for info, and to resolve issues, both for players and affiliates. And there IS a protocol that needs to be followed. While you are welcome to post your complaints publicly...if you want resolution, then you should use the PAB service and not simultaneously post up a storm. It's in the rules, if you had bothered to read them.

It is not true that Inetbet pays out only $500 at a time....as another poster mentioned..you have to request it in increments, but you can do that as many times as need to be until the amount you want to withdraw is reached.

You have a horrible attitude, and seem to be under the assumption that this forum is here for you to wage your own little personal war. It's not. Inetbet is accredited here, and as such, they are required to maintain certain standards. Locking accounts and confiscating winnings for NO reason isn't one of them. I'd bet there is a whole lot more to this than what you are stating.

Many seasoned posters here are able to offer an objective view on issues, but we don't take kindly to attitudes like yours.

So you need to PAB and allow Max to sort this out. Inetbet is not in the habit of confiscating winnings (especially non bonus winnings) without some sort of reason.

You can also send a PM to Inetbet Promos or Emily Hanson (the manager) through the forum here, and ask them for further clarification. I guarantee there has to be more to this than what you have said.

What I find concerning is we have yet another negative Inet post. There seems to be a trend developing over a generally highly regarded online casino becoming unattractive to players. I am sure there must be more to this story as well, however Inet is certainly losing it's luster with many of us. I will be playing elsewhere until I can feel comfortable again with Inetbet. I asked in another post for Emily (or whoever it is these days) address some of these things. Not required of them by any means, but would probably be a very good PR move IMO.

I don't view this site as a go between with online casinos.

But that is EXACTLY what this site is...a go between.

What I find concerning is we have yet another negative Inet post.

A natural response if a casino closes your account. But this is iNetbet - them closing an account without an explanation doesn't add up to me.

I'd like to challenge the OP jcn008 raise a PAB on this issue. Nothing to lose, everything to gain. If he or she chooses not to, then I'd have to question if this is quite what it seems.

Cheers

Simmo!

This may be one site of many but it is one that stands out above the rest in the way Bryan and the moderators handle issues that players and affiliates may have to solve problems. This is what makes a site like Casinomeister so valuable and to not use the resources they offer makes a complaint look more like a smear campaign than a true issue. To make a public post while denying the avenues for help, discredits you.
I do not wait to pounce on anyone, but don't appreciate a thread being started that discredits an accredited casino which many find to be a very good one or to imply by your post that this forum is incompetent in the information offered here. I'm sure Bryan and the moderators have spent many hours/days/years, building this forum to be the most reputable one you'll find on the net and they are dedicated to helping everyone that comes here seeking help and information.

Is Ohio one of the restricted States in the US? Inetbet has always been very proactive when it comes to following these laws .............

I've been informed by a very reliable source that there's a lot more to the OP's story than has been offered in this thread.

Of course without a PAB we're not likely to discover those details. :p

PS. The thread title has been changed to better reflect the situation as we now understand it.

I see you edited this also Max.

There are no surprises here with this being the 1st post etc etc etc.

Yeah, late in the day here, popped in and hit this. Tried to deal with it quickly and made a mess of things.

LOL....I saw the original post too, but mum's the word. And I wasn't surprised at all. :D

You can smell the BS from here.

If a genuine player had their account closed for no reason they would be raising 17 types of hell and submitting a PAB immediately.

In reference to my statement above, I believe this quote from the OP probably says it all:

We can dead this issue and you can delete it as far as I am concerned, I am not on here looking for justice

Max - you should tell this guy to 'put up or shut up' - file a PAB or take a walk.

Did I mention I freaking HATE FRAUDSTERS???
