hi all with great regret im writing this to warn mainly uk players , ive been playing at this casino pretty much since it very first opened had good times & bad , customer service are great , promos are ok ish , today after making a withdrawal last night it appears that there cashiers are on holiday yes a holiday on a saturday to which is fine jubilee holiday im guessing , anyways no cashiers to make payments so im told which isnt good at all ( they need to look at 32red & 3 dice here ) these two casinos pay regardless what day it is period .. after speaking with live chat this morning asking to why my neteller isnt paid i get to find this out .

katie ( cs ) was great help & told she or someone would get back to me after they find out what could be done & great yes someone did get back to me ,

heres the spanner coming up as you guessed ( this is what realy makes me boil more than anything )

there now trying to use the trump card asking for docs photo id & now proof of address now please bear in mind that ive played at this casino since it was first opened ive made lots of deposits (neteller only )& lots of cashouts ( neteller only ) why why why do these casinos realy want to pi$$ players off in this way is beyond me ,, the only way i can look at this is pure stalling tatic nothing more nothing less because they clearly cannot pay on a saturday there trying to use this as a vaild excuse for not being able to pay , the cs rep has already told me no payments shall be made until weds next week , how about putting this on your site stating you DO NOT PAY ON BANK HOLIDAYS ! although as far as im concerned it isnt a bank holiday untill monday ( this isnt monday ) , to say im fuming & have got to vent about this , so my vent over but it will save us uk players from thinking they shall be paid over weekend .

How much is your withdrawal for mrjones? We're not talking thousands are we?

In all fairness, I've always found Jackpot Party's payments to be made 'next working day', and yes that does mean that a withdrawal on a Friday won't go through until the Monday. (But then again, I've made a withdrawal at 3pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday, it's been processed within 15 minutes and back on my card the next day.)

To play the 'send us your docs' card is poor form though, I have to say.
 
Im not from the UK - What holidays do those residing there have on Monday / Tuesday

It will mean delays for me as well if I play at certain places.

hi small withdrawal for only 400 quid anyway since they pi$$ed me off i went back & spent that 400 quid just so i could close the account & overall it shant be me losing deposits over time it shall be them , just stick with 32red & 3 dice along with gala from now on as i dont get any kind of withdrawal problems )
 
The only thing I am surprised about, is that anyone wins enough to even make a withdrawal!
Both my deposits there disappeared quicker than an ice cube in a furnace... :(

If you never hit a progressive then the 92% RTP on the base games can sting quite a bit, that's for sure.

Some of their slots are really high variance too, and massively weighted towards the bonus rounds.

I have had some nice wins there though, best was ÂŁ316 from a 30p spin on Bruce Lee :)

On that front, it is common for UK bookmakers to ask for ID and Docs only when deposits hit a certain limit (it used to be around ÂŁ3k) which was part of the KYC ("Know Your Customer") regs. Often, you won't get asked for ID until you reach that which is better than a lot of places that do it on the first withdrawal but can obviously come a bit out of the blue.

all be it simmo i fully understand what your saying , but pretty pointless waiting to later part before asking this , how about they e mail the customer to let them know , i did get a response from bruce who has told me that if i send in docs they would pay me , so thats fine ? no it isnt i shall point out that if i had gone to live chat these funds would of still been pending without me ever knowing untill tuesdau also there stating that they cannot pay over the weekend yet another person is claiming that they can & thats the point to this thread a heads up for uk players about payments from this casino & the bank holiday no pay to where it doesnt state anywhere on there website. also i shall add i dont realy care any longer i shall defend myself when casinos use stalling tatics , its no problem i spent my withdrawal back within the casino & lost not a problem either with that , all theyve done is just opened my eyes a little further into treatment of customers & lost all further deposits from now case closed ) also on the point of 2.5 k or3k i realy dont have any casino asking me for docs saying hello mr jones youve spent 2.5 k in our casino could you please forward some docs got to work both ways simmo not one way traffic . either keep to your terms or at least e mail before it gets to that point to make player aware of this .

Due to our license, we're required to request documentation once a player has reached a certain transaction threshold. This is done for the security of all our players as well as for the uphold of our license with Alderney.

I've spoken with our Support team, and although it is the big bank holiday weekend, we still are processing withdrawals - whether they be during the weekend or actual bank holidays. In this case, we would have needed to have received and verified the documents before we could have done so.
