I had bet on Saturday 10th May - on horse racing (Trotting) @ Umåker, Sweden
V75-4 (Race 8): 7 Face to Face - this horse was scratched - Non Runner - only few minutes before the start.
Coolbet has this rule on Trotting -
3.30 TROTTING
3.30.1 Winner And Place If a horse that is scheduled to participate in a race does not take part all bets on that horse will be voided unless otherwise is stated in the markets info text.
On daily races - Nothing else is stated in the market.
Coolbet doesn't understand their own rules - my bet has not been voided and after several emails with customer service - and they say they have been in contact with the sports department and are sending me these answers:

2.2.2 Season Bets / Futures2.2.2.1 Winner
Predict which team/participant will win the event. No refunds, meaning the bet will be settled as lost, for non starters. For ‘Place’ offers (Top 3, Top 5 etc.) ‘Dead heat Rules’ do not apply, and winning bets will be paid the full listed odds regardless if there are more winning participants than places resulting from draws. In the case that there is more than one winner of a ‘Win’ or ‘Group’ outright, then the ‘Dead Heat Rule’ will apply. For more info about the Dead Heat Rule see rule 2.7
2.2.2.6 Topscorer H2H Season
Predict which of two players will score more goals in a season. Both players must be in the lineup (substitutes included) in at least 50 % of the matches played / taken place in the competition for the bet to stand."

They don't even understand the difference between daily horse racing and ANTEPOST - long term bets.
Even sending me a screenshot of Trotting - Elitloppet 25th May - and showing me the notification - "Others on request. Bets placed on non-starters will not be refunded."
Of course NON starters not refunded on long time bets - but on daily races there are other rules!
For me this is not about money - less than €5 on this bet - but its all about thrust.
If Coolbet not use their own rules - how can we thrust them in the future? If they not use their own rules!?
It's a dangerous situation!
BUT if they really not pay back on Non Runners - and NOT deduct odds on other horses - like if the favourite are Scratched just before the start.
If you have inside info and know a horse will be scratched before ATG (or others) have managed to Scratch the horse - you will have a great advantage to choose extremely much better odds on the other - if you understand? Coolbet don't understand!
But again - what rule will Coolbet use next time ? They choose the rule they want - what is best for their business!
They are NOT trustworthy!!
I have like Coolbet upon til now - but it is first when you get a problem to solve - you know where you have a bookmaker ....
By the way - I have been betting on horses with internation bookmakers for 35yrs and all bookmakers have had the same rules - bets on the same day - Scratched horses are void and paid back and if it is one of the favourites that are scratched - odds on the others will be decuted.
Coolbet has the same rules - 3.30 - but they dont use - they dont even understand!
They told me to complain - but I will not make a complain for a few Euros - but can not either thrust this company anymore.
Sadly for a Norwegian - there are not many good options anymore .....
What do you think? Are they thrustworthy - what more can I do?
