Jackpot Factory check bounces

Hi :) It was returned for NSF. I am still waiting on the other 2 checks owed . One was processed on 2/10 and the other 2/21 and still not here . I called them today and they said that they needed 21 working days . My response to that was 'ok but when you emailed me my withdraw statement it was because you had processed it ....why would it take another 21 days once the check was cut to be mailed? I always liked this group but at this point I an getting weery . I asked them about ACH but they said it had to be over a certain amount and mine were smaller at $700 and $400 .

Well you know for sure there's trouble abrewing when they bounce checks for NSF and especially for that amount !! :rolleyes:
 
I am expecting 2 checks from All Jackpots, processed 2/22 Please let me know what happens. I want to deposit there again...but not if the checks are bad of course.

Sorry, but it must be said....

Can a reward be rescinded? Bounced checks is one thing, but this silence is another. This is hardly the way for the "best casino group in 2007" to act.
 
i had to p.m rob as i just hit over 5k at wild jack casino, i didnt put two and two together and now that i have gone thru the whole thread im almost sick. i cashed out 4 k thru my qt the same as i deposited, so like rob says ill keep my fingers crossed for everyone. first it was golden reef i played at and lost a good sum of money just for them to go belly-up and now reading this and finding out wild jack belongs to the same group as jackpot factory, ill stick from now on with the ones i know pay........laurie
 
Hopefully since the "Jackpot Factory Group" was awarded the "Best Casino Group 2007" by Casinomeister maybe the Jackpot Factory Spokesman David Brickman will chime in here and make a comment or two and set everyones mind at ease...
 
I don't think JPF are intentionally 'bad'.... I think they just can't seem to get a handle on this cashout to US thing. Seems to be a problem w/their processors and poor communication between all involved. Hopefully, at least cashouts to QT will be timely and uneventful. Best of luck to all involved and let us know how it's going.

Brief derail.

Here's who/what I've uninstalled lately:

All JPF casinos. (I had 2 installed) Due to weirdities and problems w/US withdrawals. Silky's problem clinched it.

All Casino Action casinos. (I only had 1) due to them being dead in the water.

Grand Mondial. They have weird, non-standard WR and T&C for bonuses. I may reinstall later, as I don't generally do deposit bonuses if I don't know wtf is going on.

Villento. Software problems. Can't play. News games won't download. Crashes. Reinstall didn't help and I wasn't fighting w/it.

ClubUSA/World. Couldn't deposit there w/QT due to hiccup in software after upgrade. Got tired of fooling w/it and uninstalled.

Good lord. A month?!?! :rolleyes: This is going from ridiculous to absurd..... And did your re-submitted check (that initially bounced) finally clear?

Don't know if this is the reason for them not replying to this thread but isn't this America the Beautiful section just for people with a high volume of points and time in the forum? Maybe that doesn't apply to casino reps. Not standing up for them but I have money coming too and I am nervous. I think I'll pm David myself and ask for an explanation. I'll let everyone know.

My apologies for the delayed response. I was out of the office for a couple days and didnt have a chance to see this thread.

I am going to look into this issue asap and get everyone an update today. While I do not minimize this issue at all, there seems to be a lot of negativity around one bounced check. I think it's obvious that we would never send players checks that we didn't have funds to cover.

As I said, I will get the exact information and update everyone. I thank everyone for their patience.

Yet more evidence that this group is out of control. Brickman, you're a joke just like your business. Nice to see people are getting the true picture of your site and the bad things that happen when you get in involved with JF. Best group of last year????
Let's put the mellow-caps on and chill out a little, folks. D. Brickman is a member of the forum and deserves to be respected like any forum member. To label someone a joke or attack one's manliness is not a way to address a situation like this. This is an upstanding casino group, I'm sure this issue will be taken care of soon.

Also, if you are in the States and continue to participate gambling for real money, you have to be flexible and understanding when there are problems at the bank. It is a very complicated matter when it comes to payouts to US accounts. Before getting riled up about these things, you need to take this into consideration. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

Ill cut right to the chase: Our processing company works with a variety of banks to handle financial transactions. There was an problem in one of those bank, and the account that these checks were linked too had insufficient funds. The bank told us it was a case of human error, which is something very difficult to argue with as we all make mistakes. We will obviously more than cover ALL bank fees incurred by players effected by this issue.

As I have said numerous times in the past, we do everything we can to get withdrawals into the hands of our players in as timely a manner possible. With the situation in the US, there are sometimes delays and glitches. In this case it wasnt anything sinister or some financial trouble with the casino, simply human error.

Our suggestion to all US players is to deposit with Quicktender, which is the quickest and most secure way to deposit and withdraw monies from the casino.

My thanks to those whos posts reflected both patience and reason. Personally, I dont see the need to be so negative when mistakes occur, especially with a casino group who is always willing to come forward and discuss issues. I can only imagine as players youd like to deal with an honest casino group who is always approachable.

I did post a couple of days ago about Tomb Raider but was then out of the loop for a bit. As soon as this was brought to my attention I started looking into it. I appreciate the need for prompt responses and I'll try and be more diligent in checking the threads on a daily basis.
