Hi I am a Casinmeister old timer from back in ...sheesh 20 years ago!
I am in Texas where this is not an easy hobby to have....but I missed it so much and we have been so cooped up I thought I would see who is paying and who is not, who is letting us play.
I started at Raging Bull and have a small $600 cash out and after sending them my documents through email...the email bounced back....I've been out of the game for a while but not too long to where I don't remember how easily they will accept your money....but also how they can make you jump through hoops to get any of it back or just flat make up crap and tell ya no or just ignore you till you go away.....all while still accepting your money if you keep depositing thinking "surely its on the way"
So I would love to hear from yall whats good.
I love this place...it kind of feels cozy and warm ...like home and a safe place.
I have only seen slow pays in the forum about Raging Bull but they have not made it to any of the Meisters naughty lists that I have found. Thank you

Raging Bull used to be a very decent casino... but unfortunately they got taken over a couple of years ago by Gambling Wages/Ace Revenue
(As a "senior member" you may already know about their reputation)
They WILL pay you if you are patient.
Their mode of operation has always been to delay pay-outs as long as possible in the hope the player will get fed up waiting, reverse the withdrawal and lose it all.
Payments normally take a minimum of 3-4 weeks.
Stick tight - and find a better place to play

I had a similar issue with RB more than a year ago. I did a PAB and finally got my money. I agree with KK that they used to be decent but not anymore.

Well I just cashed out $600 on Monday at Raging Bull and did all the bs ridiculous repetitive paperwork and copies of this and that within the first 10 minutes. Around $50 -$70 is thiers from a bonus...so it won't be the full $600.
What freaks me out is that they only do bank wires for withdrawal (wtf?) ...and being in TX ...will my bank even accept it? If not, what happens then? For the life of me I can not understand how these casinos act like its a gift or its a privilege to collect what you fairly won.
Anyway...I won so I was happy...now we wait. As of today its still sitting in pending. I figure I will wait until Monday to start bugging them.

So today (so I wouldn't reverse my cash out) ... I thought I would try Slotocash since it got great reviews here..... and dang it...the whole time something did not sit right with me....the whole time playing there...I did 4 deposits and tanked...I mean nose dived...I am pretty seasoned ...and this play...was far from random. I know I have not been back in the game for a while and things change but I mean how do you zero out for 10-20 spins in a row at "random" on a 50 line game OVER AND OVER?? Random my butt! It was the same in almost every game.
I did probably around 100 spins on Big Bopper ...I would go 10 to 20 spins ZEROING in agony ..and then finally win like 70 cents and then go on another run of 10-15 spins ZEROING.... full nose diving, and still win less than my bet when I finally won after 15 spins...I got the bonus round TWICE and thats when you're like "YES its on!! ...come to mama!! Its my time to win !!! Nope...whommp whommmmmmmp...I won less than $2!!! On the bonus round,, on 90 cents....BOTH times ...on a 90 cent bet! I believe those were the only 2 wins that were actually more than what I was betting ...in what I would guess would be around 100 spins. (I was pissed off so it might be a slight exaggeration...but ONLY slightly) Anyway....The whole thing just felt mind numbing and pissed me off to the point of blacklisting them in my head lol Yall are dumb...I went years without a cashout playing almost every day...I am your prime customer lol so your loss Sloto!

To be fair...i played there when I first got back in the games and I won my butt off...and had a blast until I nose dived and swore never to go back there...but I came here and yall sang thier praises sooo....
On the first deposit today on a 75 cent bet I did win $100 on 3 stooges...my favorite game...I was so stoked and thought..."yeah I'm gonna have some fun today!" I was ready to relax and have a blast...but totally nose dived instead. But that hundred win stayed fresh in my head and gave me hope for my next deposit....I just needed to be more careful...quit staying in so long....nope ... Took about 5 minutes....gone! I tried staying forever and jumping all around...nada. My last deposit I realized I had not left a single game with more money than I went I with. The whole vibe was weird. I wanted to love them so much because of their reputation for paying fairly.
I had this same vibe at the old MG Jupiter Club and a few others.
Of course they all have certain things that make you go hmmmm.
I still think its funny and it has not changed how when you join a new casino you win your butt off...like you seriously can't lose and you hit every single bonus round ..."this is the greatest place in the world!!! I am unstoppable!!!" Until you get close to hitting your playthrough then... NOSE DIVE. And God forbid you go back into a game you won a lot in.....aint gonna happen again...welcome to the nose dive!
We are snowed in so I have played for days at all these new casinos and have had a lot of fun. So yeah who knows what really goes on I just know that Sloto can kiss my butt...blacklisted!
I hope raging bull pays...I love thier big bonuses because you can play for a LONG time....thats what I really love.. I don't care if they are slow paying...as long as I get my money. Fingers crossed

As a heads up a lot of people have been unhappy with slotocash recently, there's another thread on it here (like the third one.) Main points are a lot of withdrawal delays and problems, not great communication, and ridiculous steps forcing already verified players to go through identity verification again. The rep also didn't answer if they are the same person who used to manage the account (who most people here used to be very happy with), so don't know if staff or ownership have changed hands or not.

I haven't been playing casinos myself much recently but when I do it's usually been the bovada group (bodog, bovada, ignition, slots.lv.) They aren't perfect but they are mostly problem free, so they would be where I would most likely send people if they asked for an online casino. Not that it will be easy to win, it's pretty hard to win most places these days. Some other cult favorites like 3dice and slotland are still chugging along same as before. Maybe vegascrest if you want some different games. Not sure what I would pick for a good RTG casino any more, I guess casino max group maybe? Like most RTG casinos the games are a little tight but you'll probably get paid.

I forgot about Max! I will have to check them out. Something that has definitely changed is that before, you would win on almost every other spin...it wasn't much but it was enough to not feel like a nose dive. I guess they are not catering to play time anymore. Because I don't ever remember these 15 spins with zero. It just doesn't make sense especially if it is a 50 liner....if it were random, the chances of you losing 15 spins back to back with one tiny win in between...it doesn't make sense to me...but in the grand scheme of things they have all the power .. So I just need to change my mind set from lots of play time and winning little amounts to no play time but possibly much bigger wins. I'm ok as long as I know what I am going into. I don't mind playing really low bets if I get to play for a while so I can do that too...I love the thrill of it...but I want play time...its what I was used to, otherwise I would just go buy scratch offs if I wanted it to be over quick. So I just have to figure out how to make it work for me. I like Raging Bulls big bonuses...I'm thinking that is why I am feeling like I get to play a lot longer there. I am praying I get my withdrawal so I can hang there.

Yeah a lot of the RTG casinos seem to have a model of big 200% bonuses but tight slots. Also bear in mind the operator can choose payout % settings for RTG slots, but I don't think anyone uses the highest settings these days, so 94% is the best you'll see. (And most casinos you'll have no idea what settings they use, casinomax does say they use the 94% setting, though they are slightly stingy with bonuses compared to some other casinos. But they are probably the most likely to help you on this forum if you run into any issues.)

Regarding the screenshot, as funny as it is, I'm pretty sure they're just adding the wagering from the free spins to the deposit bonus wagering. So you have $6000 wagering requirement on whatever your deposit bonus was, +$4.85 wagering on the free spins. So with $2, it would have shown $6,010.
