Mario Segale has passed away, the actual guy behind the inspiration for the Super Mario Bros franchise

No, I'd never heard of him either but an important snippet in video game lore, and sub-culture. Even my gran's heard of Mario for lord's sake!

I believe it was God-awful

Yet nothing will beat Street Fighter: The Movie for cheese. It's a classic "So bad it's good" film, if just to see Raul Julia in one of his last performances. A guilty pleasure kinda movie
