What is up at Playhippo?

Can't log in, nobody is answering any emails.

I am also an affiliate. Payments not being updated, also no contact whatsoever?

I received an email from them a couple of days ago saying they will pull out of the german market. Maybe the same goes for the netherlands and you missed that mail. :what:

Is/was PlayHippo a casino? Sound more like a kinder-garden or nursery :p :D

Wonder sometimes who and how they find these names.

It was originally called 'Gay Gippo' but the UKGC deemed it non-pc so it was changed.

Something definitely up here - I applied for an affy account and got an automated response. Still heard nothing back and now 403 on their affiliate portal when I went to log in.

That's got to be one of the stupidest names I've heard for a casino.

From what I can pick out due to some changes within their affiliate program site they seem to be relaunching the aff program. The old pages disappeared, new ones have gone up but still a good number of content gaps.

I have tried the following avenues to get into contact with them:

Skype - 3 Different people - No Answer.

The company website - No Answer

Customer Support
- No Answer.

The affiliate program is inaccessible and down for 'maintenance'. The only thing they keep doing is sending out promotions. It wouldn't surprise me if they stopped paying players too.

Has anyone received a payment from them of late?

I am in the same boat as you here nate...keep getting promotions for free spins, and big deposit offers, but no idea if anyone is actually at home here!

They came online yesterday (affiliate program) and also paid commissions due. No response from the affiliate department. Support replied some 48 hours later saying they would forward my query to the affiliate managers. No response.

I would proceed with caution with these guys now.

Yeah, and I received that e-mail despite never having a reply when I applied for an affiliate a/c 5 weeks ago! Apparently they had opened me one without letting me know! Then I find you can only be paid into a Playhippo casino a/c. No ta.

Any news on your payment? I thought playhippo was owned by everymatrix themselves

Hi Wobble33. I was told a few hours ago that my account was verified(I made an other withdrawal and went over the 2300 euro limit for further verification) and was told that my withdrawals will be processed shortly . As far as I can see my withdrawals are no longer possible to cancel from my profile page so hopefully they will be out by tomorrow. I will post an update on if everything goes well. Response time on my last inquiry was about 6-7 hours so not as bad as previously. I guess I just got a bit worried to easily.

I am not sure if they are owned by everymatrix, as far as I can see they are owned by "playhippo ab" and are having IGT and Everymatrix as platform providers: (

) The page is in swedish. I am no expert on this though and may have interpreted it wrong. The page at least looks quite professional.

The payments seems to go through just fine :) Got the smaller one already today.
