Not once before have I seen someone get such a great outcome from a case like this, and still act like a complete twat about it. Anyone who gets to keep their account and balance after using multiple accounts should be more than grateful for it.Too bad I had to waste my time fighting for something which was taken away from me for no good reason. And I had to come all the way here because their support was simply ignoring me...
Although I'm grateful for Olle solving the problem, the thing is he did not do it for me but for their casino reputation.
It's like stealing from someone and then give it back, and suddenly people praise you because you help someone out...

So I closed my account at @BitStarz today. After wagering an insane amount of money from cash back and free spins (40x) I was left with $500.
However, they will not allow me to cash it out. Only $200 even though I am a vip. They allowances for VIPs.
I emailed Ollie but he did not respond maybe he has moved on.
I will play at winz. No wagering requirements there.

EDIT: I found your account, but you're not a VIP at BitStarz though :/ hence is why your winnings were capped. If you were a VIP you wouldn't have the winnings capped but if it's a free bonus, that comes with a max win cap if you're not a VIP![]()

I was a vip. Don’t know what happened.
This is not the first time this has happened, if you do a search on here, you will see I was complaining of the same thing about winnings being capped. I was deemed a vip and I was given some extra winnings.

I've done a search through my inbox and I can't find any invitation being sent to you to the VIP club :/
I noticed a conversation back in 2021 when you mentioned you were a VIP at BitStarz but I still see no invitation nor confirmation
from our end that you were one, or that any invite was sent to you. So if you have any invitation from us that might have been missed
or looked over, that'd be really helpful and would straighten out the situation

I know you closed your account, and I won't nag for you to come back against your willBut at least this means you can withdraw the full amount as a VIP and if you want to close it after you've done the withdrawal I won't hold it against you

the Neteller issue never got solved so i did a deposit with my MC this morning won a little now i cant withdraw ?
verified my bank account but the bank account wont show up for withdrawl option
