Is it just me? I can't deposit anywhere tonight....

I can't use my fully loaded Netspend, nor my (good, for once, lol) Mastercard. I asked at the the different casinos, they said to call Netspend. I did, and Netspend said, it's all good on my end. Anyone else having a problem?
