Introduction + assistance Needed

Greetings my fellow brothers and sisters. This is my very first post and ill be doing a little introduction and here hoping the members can assist and chip in on the opinion. Throughout my adult life I may have come to the casino probably no more than four times. I was introduced to online casinos through a friend as I have watched him win and actually got paid. His advice was to find a casino that you can trust and so I heard some good results with slotocash. Heres my situation and i hope you guys can assist on my situation.

Greetings, my account has been verified with slotocash casino for over 2 years. I recently requested a withdraw for a little bit over 1,400
And was denied. because the expiration on my passport expired on jan-24-2022. The email said they needed to verify my identity, my question is why do i have to verify my account again? The passport they said expired is the same passport
I used and was accepted and verified back in 2020. The department of State Bureau of consular and DMV States that an expired passport is valid form of identification , and restrictions on expired passport
Is only for traveling. If government agencies accepts expired passport recognizes it as a valid ID but slotocash who accepted it back in 2020 now requires an update. Not to mention On april 27th 2021 - an announcement release by the department of homeland security has extended all expired government issue id until 2023 due to the current pandemic and their agencies are working on a restricted capacity.
The email said they are trying to verify my identity, but wont accept a recent bank statement or utility bill as its not a form of verification. If thats true why was I asked to provide it back in 2020 during my verification process? My last withdraw request back in aug of 2020 was denied, as they states my IP address was different. I had to prove and explained which was due to the fact i was using vpn because if public wifi. So with all the deposits i made the last few months why wasnt my account restricted from making deposits since my passport expired? Or is it only an issue when the customer gets paid? I have support slotocash on multiple occasions on multiple casinos websites, and now i understand why. If iam not Henry how is it I recently just received a spring magazine catalog from slotocash. I have seen the support by the members of casino meister and
ms. Sloto do magical work and I hope they and ms slotocash can she can pull through and assist me.

Please don't skip the step regarding reading the PAB Policies & Procedures (P&P). The P&P are essentially the Terms & Conditions of the PAB service and describes what you can expect from us and what we expect from you during the PAB process. If you don't read the P&P you'll likely make mistakes that could stall, damage or kill your PAB.
