New Forum Feature Introducing the Casinomeister MVP Award (and badge) and awardees

The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed a new badge appearing on the forums recently:

The MVP Award is given by the Casinomeister staff to currently active forum members who are well known for their invaluable contributions, tireless assistance to our forum members, and forum posts of uncommonly in-depth and well-researched advice. These are the people that help make Casinomeister the unique site and resource that it is.

So yeah, we’re happy to finally have that in place. We know it’s not going to change anyone’s life but these days it’s nice to just be able to say “thank you for being here” and show that we appreciate people’s efforts on behalf of the Casinomeister community.

Ok, since the MVP award is fairly new we have two awardees so far:

Jan has been with us for many years, as you can see, and is the perfect example of an industry professional who knows A LOT and is happy to share his experience with pretty much anyone that asks, including us at times it should be said. A very smart guy with a dry sense of humour, there is only one Jan! This small token of our appreciation is long overdue.

mulven joined fairly recently but has been exceptionally helpful and generous with his time, and research! Check out his posts and no matter what the topic you can count on learning something. Very knowledgeable, very dialed-into the scene and most generous in helping and informing us all. My guess is that pretty much everyone benefits from him being here.
