I'm new here, after looking around on the internet to find a way to get a resolution to my problem with Intertops casino.
I have won there once before,(580.00) and been paid. All my faxback papers are there, and They say they've sent my wire. The wire never made it to my bank. Mind, it is only for 230.00US. So it's not alot but it's still a win. I Had been depositing small amounts over the last few months, with no wins and finally got a small win, and cashed out on June 15th. They say they sent the withdrawal, on the 16th. Now, since June 30th I have been emailing every day, but now, they are not responding, or they send me the canned response of "we're working on it." I have saved every email they sent me and every one I sent them. I am getting frustrated , and I would like some direction as to what I should do now? It's been almost a month. Any input would be appreciated.
