So probably had a account with these guys 5+years, not my go to but ain't played there for some time, deposited fine no problem took a large lump from them went to withdraw and I'm getting asked every upload proof of earnings blah blah blah, which I sent n now gone cold , they don't go through all this when deposit so how come time to withdraw there red hot??

Been with them for Many years, Always had no issues, Only when I won £1000 and withdrawn it they asked for docs which is fine, They told me it was automatic as my total withdrawals amount went over the amount where it triggers them to ask for docs, sent everything was sorted in few days used them ever since never since asked for anything, Also like you said its been a while since u played so it probs just flagged them to check you out. I would message @Team.Videoslots about this. Im sure its just backlog, And I agree all casinos take deposits with no questions asked, I do think casinos should not be allowed to take ££ untill you have sent them all the id they need there would be no need for them asking when u withdraw.

This is where it is total BS. If you are going to launder money or playing with money you can’t afford to gamble, this is on your deposit, not withdrawal. How can it not be more straightforward than this?
