i have 1056 $ at my casino / sportsbook account and have made a valid withdraw request of 950 $ last days
in thew hole i have made purchases of more than 1200 $ , no more wr to met...

no reply to my mails since days ...
phone numbers are busy 24 hours...

now a few minutes i want to loggin , to look if they are working on this :

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED !!!!!

i have complaint ten times today with mail, that they do not answer to all my mails, no reaction until now, but now:

they have closed my account without any reason and say:

contact us,

but its not possible , they do not reply and their phone numbers are busy or do not exist ?

they want obviousely robb me my money !!

please help, can anyone get in contact with them from this site ?

please please help i need my money ...

I searched another forum, if you are talking about Intertops, they are still paying fine as of this month. Payouts are always slow (36 hours or longer), but you should be paid. Contacting customer service seems to be useless as nobody has a clue about what is going on with your payout. Hope this helps.

Intercasino doesn't have a sportsbook as far as i know, and their account numbers doesn't look like that.

If you will check your thread title "Intercasino CM Help!", that is why they offered to help. They thought you had an account with them.

Your account is with Intertops. I suggest waiting at least 8 days and if you still don't have your money, post again. Maybe I can point you to someone who could arbitrate. You should not have a problem, though. As far as I know Intertops always pays. They are just really slow.

thnaks for reply, but the problem is:

after i have tried to mail and contact them nearly 50 times today , and complaint about this scandal they have closed my account, i do not know why ...

i need this money 1051 $ and a public casino cannot work in such way , or ?

can i do nothing ?
no one, who can contact them or help me ?

You are basically at the whim and mercy of any offshore operation. Be patient. If you have not received the money by August 31th, post again.

I have changed the title thread to reflect the correct name of the operation in question.

Now - there IS a procedure for this, Trial - normally, you would Pitch a Bitch, but I understand the facility is not available at the moment.

I also understand that you have made this complaint at a number of forums. And I understand that you have sent a number of emails.

So:

Your account was closed today.
You have sent numerous emails without reply.
You claim the phone number is busy 24h (which I doubt since you haven't been calling them 24h a day, besides which your account was only just clost today).

What you should do is:

1. Wait for a response by email - not every operation answers emails right away, and most take at least 24 hours.
2. Keep calling them - your phone probably has a redial function.
3. Wait for the PAB facility to reopen - at which time you will be asked not to post anywhere else in order to facilitate any discussion.
4. Have a LITTLE more patience.
5. If you NEEDED this money, you shouldn't have been playing with it in the first place. Don't EVER depend on gambling winnings, land-based or online - this is where the line between entertainment and addiction is drawn.

Hello spearmaster, thank you very much for your informations and help,
but, its hard to be patient, because:

i have sent nearly 20 mails and i have called them ca. 30 times useless in regarding my 950 $ withdraw (all numbers are really always busy), before they have closed the account, not the other way.
then, from mail to mail and useless call and call naturally i got more nervous and also angry, because no one cares about me and no one answers nad wrote more mails to all adresses of intertops

btw, if you want to have informations about open an account, purchases , deutsch@intertops.com(all other mails from them, too) replies within minutes.... .
the phone numbers seem to be automatically "busy", i think , they do not work at this place obviousely...

in the meantime the intertops site announce, if i want to loggin: "the account is temporary closed, because they have been problems... please contact us to reopen"

i really would love to do it, to contact them,but its the same since hours: no reply to my mails , no phone from them, all phones from them are "busy"
i am afraid , tomorrow also no one will mail or phone me...
i cannot understand this, because i am verified and certified with legal documents, the casino had confirmed this already

i do not need the money for living, i only want my money or "need" the money at this casino for playing , thats all, my post was misunderstandable, sorry

i have sent this thread and problem to exact 2 forums, one in english (yours) and one in german language

Excellent post Spearmaster. It's taken me a long time to learn some of the things you mentioned, especially the patience part. I have definitely found that freaking out on the casino, or publicly on the forums, gets you absolutely nowhere. Excellent advice all around. :)

Trial chill a bit mate. Online casino problems tend to take a few days but they normally sort themselves out unless you are dealing with a rouge operation.

now intertops have called me ! the cs told me, all has been an misunderstanding ;too much first members with first big withdraws and a mistake, confusion of inflation of mails from new players -
the casino account will be reopened soon

a few minutes ago i logged into account- its open and my 1051 $ are on it
cs have promised to pay out the 950 $ withdraw to my neteller account tomorrow

only with the big help from this board my problem has been resolved, find a solution, but intertops had not an explanation, why they do not reply to mails or why players cannot call them on all phone numbers since 15 h...

without this forum, i am sure, i would have to work one week for such a problem..

this froum have a big power an influence obviousely...

I've been with Intertops since I started betting online about 5 years ago and I've never had a problem with them. E-mails are always answered within 24 hours(Usually sooner) and payouts to my Firepay account usually take 48 hours or less. In fact I just had 2 withdrawls of $2000 and $910 in the last 2 weeks and I had no problem. I can't believe you can't get anyone on the phone, everytime I've called someone is there to help me.
