Intercasino - "Exciting new changes"?

lol!

Fourty dollars only lasted me ten minutes. Not a good sign. I wonder if they've still got their slots set at 90%.

How much were you betting? Far too high for your bankroll it appears.

$40 spent in 10 kind will give you absolutely zero indication of the TRTP of the slots. It could happen on a 100% slot.

I'm still puzzled as to why I've not received any emails about the launch. Still, looks like I haven't missed anything.

Just checked the bonus terms.

WTH?

The ones in red are slots yes? I can see some major confusion happening here, given that "70% of players don't read terms" (CM member, 2013).

I was betting the minimum so 50c. I noticed that you can't play the Aristocrat slots at real minimum (25c). Putting that aside (dosent phase me just an observation) I'm still interested to know what they are set at. I know the slots at the old Intercasino were set at 90%. I wonder whether they've changed them or kept them the same.

Nifty I was on the mailing list for Intercasino but rarely ever received any emails from them. I did receive an email about their new launch though :)

also 1 handed video poker jacks or better? cant see any other multi j/b lol. I believe the vp is the old chartwell too. this is a downgrade not a upgrade...

Anyway's for some reason Intercasino couldn't credit my account with the full bonus yesterday. No biggie. I didn't mention that in my other post because these things happen. The rep told me she'd pass the case onto another department. I hadn't received a response back so jumped on chat earlier and spoke with a really nice supervisor. She appologised for the delay and gave me a $25 wagering free bonus. Which she totally didn't have to do so was really nice of her

Well I just won a small withdrawal (my first ever at Intercasino). I haven't been playing online for various reasons (loosing streak and this whole fiasco with the GRA). Decided to give them a shot because they have a 100% bonus that can be used on Aristocrat slots ;)

I wanted to update my other post but couldn't.

Hi All

Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to try the new InterCasino and to post about their experiences here.

Sincere apologies for the challenges a number of you have encountered. While a significant amount of testing was completed prior to launching our new software, there have still been a number of unexpected problems.

We appreciate your patience as our team is working around the clock to eliminate the issues that have been reported. We expect to have all these issues fixed very shortly.

Can I ask that if anyone experiences further issues that you forward an email to support@intercasino.com and include ‘CM Feedback – Tony Hayes’ in the subject field. This would be very much appreciated.

Thanks again for bearing with us whilst we iron out these problems.

Kindest regards

Have you checked you spam folder Nifty? As I was surprised to find it in there. I guess you do check that but could be you missed it in there ;):D

just a heads up, my WD came in 24 hours
@Nifty, oddly the slot you mentioned is the one I won on lol (Angel's Touch)....it was the good touch, not the 'show me on the doll, Timmy, where the angel touched you' kind

I have to say the video poker in the new Intercasino is terrible. They've ditched the old VP games and gone with the software that used to be known as Chartwell. Few games, very bad pay tables, slow game play, and no multi-hand. Why change to something inferior to the old games?

Howdy, my first post on this Forum but not new to Casinomeister's website. In fact, this site and forum have been quite helpful for some time in making casino choices as in where and if safe and trustworthy. So first, I need to thank this community for the services it brings to online gamblers.

I've been an account holder at Intercasino for quite a few years and played there a lot. Over time, my credit card(s) changed their rules and stopped supporting online gaming transactions so I reverted to mostly Entropay. I live in Canada and even Neteller stopped supporting these transactions for Canadian players (at the same time US laws made online gambling illegal) but I think Neteller also had some problems/issues for a while. Now, since Intercasino's change to the new platform, I'm told that they also changed payment providers and does not support Entropay anymore. Would this payment provider change be cause for some alarm? I am somewhat worried that this change would compromise their reputation and/or withdrawal policies and times.

Many thanks for the opportunity to post on this thread.

I am puzzled by those slots that are weighted, especially the group weighted at 40%, worse than the weighting given to video poker.

Slots are just slots as far as players are concerned, and this is going to lead to loads of confusion where slots players see their WR apparently not being tracked correctly.

It is also common knowledge that the original suite of slots at Intercasino had a lower RTP than the accepted industry norm, so to pile 70% and 40% weighting on top of this perception is going to put players off who may now think that not only do the slots pay less than the norm, but are not even given the usual 100% weighting seen elsewhere.

Having a video poker game at 50% weighting is even worse, it screams "crappiest paytable on the net" to experienced players. Most players know that video poker games are almost as good as blackjack, with a house edge between 0.5% and 2%, and not something expected to have a high 50% weighting.

There may be a rush of players trying this out and overloading the systems, but will they stick around? The old Intercasino was viewed as "dated" and lost players to the competition.

Hi Kennydee

Many thanks for taking the time to post your feedback.

Unfortunately Entropay has not been available since the launch of our new casino platform due to technical issues. Our team is working to have Entropay reinstated as a payment option, and expect that it will be available in approximately 3 week's time.

Thanks once again and please feel free to PM me should there be any additional points you'd like to discuss.

Dear Vinylweatherman

Many thanks for your feedback.

We do our best to constantly review the games, bonuses and promotions that we offer, as well as the weighting given to games when clearing bonuses. We are reviewing your feedback along with the comments other players have been providing to see what we can do to improve the playing experience for our customers.

I look forward to posting a number of updates in the very near future.

I'm confused about something, it says on the bottom of the site that you don't take players from Canada and I'm from Canada and I have an account....? Tony I sent you a PM about it too.

Hi Chayton

Apologies for the delay in responding to your PM.

Prior to our recent platform migration, a processing issue meant that potentially we would be unable to offer our services to Canadian players.

I can confirm that all processing issues have now been resolved and Canadian players are welcome to play at InterCasino.

Our website will be updated accordingly within the next 24 hours and I thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I quite like the new place. I've not played there that much but it all seems pretty slick now. Nice work.

The only minor gripe I guess would be that you can't now redeem your comp points immediately in the same way that you used to be able to. It says you need to contact support now. The old way was better.

I agree.
Thankfully though, not as bad as when you could ONLY redeem on the 15th of the month.

Well Intercasino's customer support hasn't changed. Customer support can only handle certain requests (minimum) which is worsened by the fact that they aren't being supervised. I was informed by the chat host that there's no supervision: That there aren't any supervisors working the night shift. IMO Intercasino should give their customer support more extensive training before allowing them to handle customers without being supervised.

I'm going to wait too speak to a supervisor regarding comp points that haven't been transferred to my new account :)

P.s. Did you know that chat support can see what you're writing before you've even sent it? Which means they can see all my spelling mistakes before I use spell check lol ;)
