Intercasino - "Exciting new changes"?

Still down... What a crap!!!! Wanted to deposit and try the new games before i wanted to make my first spin after the deposit all went down... Another example of "Opening the doors to early" without enough testing.... And what pisses me off the most is, that the casino doesn't think it's necessary to let their clients now with a better message whats going on.... Just a standard web message.... So i'm waiting....... :-/
 
I played for a good couple of hours and there was definitely serious congestion problems. I just put it down to people being excited to play the new platform and it getting hammered. You know, rolling reels, thirty second spins etc. I'm sure they'll sort it.

Those problems aside - it seemed very slick - very in keeping with the "Mr Green" style of overlaid (as opposed to popup) menus and one site does it all.

I played Jackpot Party immediately prior to this and the whole process seemed clunky and dated in comparison. MG Flash client need to up the game dramatically if this level of design becomes the norm. .

Oh and Simmo - that KISS slot is MENTAL. Still no idea what I was supposed to look for after playing it for a good twenty minutes. All those pictures...

Now they changed it again to 11pm... I go to bed now, that shit sucks.

Why do they make the same f****** mistake again and again? This is now the third time today were they correct the time.

Just write "WE ARE HAVING BIG HUGE ISSUES, PLEASE LOOK BACK SOMEDAY".

I hate it when they write a time and change it then all the time... It's ok to do that once but not 3 or 4 times... Damn!!
 
had mail too and would get the welcome bonus of 500 too ..
i deposit 500 for the welcome bonus and ask support and he comfirmed it..

once deposit the bonus hasnt been credited.. support told me it would be later today..
the reason i deposit is for the deposit together with bonus for more play time.. and since bonus not credit i already played and lost all... i would say to the ones who wants to play with bonus ask support or that has been fixed...i been frustated this morning.. and that i would stick that to a one time experience .. i dont like these strugglings.. support not even take care to credit this bonus straight away..

I've got to be honest, I did find that a bit confusing. 500% of what? In the bonus tab, it said I could have £1 (wahoo!) - but then it wouldn't let me have that anyway. Claimed the 100% welcome thing no worries and that credited right away.

FWIW, they seem all sorted and quick this morning.

Yeah when i saw the 500% in my inbox i already thought... OK where's the trick... :) I also took the 100%.... Let's see how it goes... Now it looks that it finally runs smoothly.
 
Did you guys get an email invite i.e. because you had an account at the old casino?

I haven't heard a thing for weeks.

oh $%# shoot me now; several hundred errors, a few hours of play, gotten through maybe 10 games
whoever is responsible for these 'improvements' probably skipped town with a bag of money and a big-ass grin
