I have to give two thumbs up to inetbet. They've left little doubt why they are Casino Meister approved. I have two stories...
First one was the "heart attack of the day". I played the $50 matching CM bonus last week. Video poker Allowed. I hit a royal flush for $1000. woo woo! I finish up my wage requirement at $1100 or so. I'm rather pleased. I request my cashout. This morning an email is received that tells me "You played blackjack which is not allowed - your winnings have been revoked and the deposit and bonus are now in your account". $100 is there. I'm about livid at this point. I know I didn't play blackjack for that bonus. I respond that I'm certian I didn't play blackjack that day and this is a misunderstanding.
They look into it and find that indeed I DID play blackjack that day but it was BEFORE I applied for the $50 bonus. We were both wrong and right. In the end it was their mistake. The reverse the "boo boo" (as they termed it) and INSTANTLY cash me out. Now... I have the money in neteller but my heart is still racing 100 beats a minute. I'm still stressed out - shaking. Atleast I know things will be A-OK. I forego coffee for a while (not needed).
I went back and forth a few times with CS - they appologize, I say it's all cool (and that I'll be letting the world know how great they are), etc. etc.
Now... I'm still not pleased that this is how I started a monday morning - a royal ripped from under you isn't the way to start the week. They got it all right within 30 minutes (including cashout) so what can I say other than...
Second story. Two weeks ago I did their signup bonus - another CM Tuesday special. I screwed up and entered the wrong code - I entered the slots code. My mistake completely. I email customer service to tell them I messed up and see if they can do anything. I hadn't wagered (important) so they apply the correct code and off I go. Very cool! I busted that on blackjack but oh well. They were awesome enough to fix MY mistake.
This is what a casino should be. My only complaint is they have no live support (chat) or a phone number. They are quick to respond to email and so maybe that is their thinking. I cannot say enough good things about this casino. Very Very cool!
