Inetbet.eu email support?

    To start off, this is not a inetbet.eu bashing session about only having email support, i have not had a problem with their cs until now.

    Has anyone else had trouble getting in touch with Inetbet.eu the last few days via email?

    I did not read a bonus code right that was for 100% up to 20 and i went and deposited 50 and i noticed right away when my balance was 70 and not what i thought it would be.... my fault completely no doubt about it but since i did not play it yet i thought maybe they would be able to remove the bonus from my deposit as it says i have 2500 wagering for a 20 bonus and that's a lot.

    Trouble is, i have now sent them a total of 4 emails asking for help in the last 48 hours with no reply whatsoever.

    Could others be having the same trouble contacting them as me or do they not have support over the weekend or is it they just want me to give up and play it? I don't know but i'm not to happy to say the least.:mad:

    I would say tomorrow being Monday you should get an answer , 48 hours is way too toooo long and unlike iNetBet , if it was me I would not play it and they might remove the bonus for you , I hope ! Have you tried to pm the rep on here whom I believe is Tom, most people are still on Holiday but that is no reason for piss poor customer service imo !

    All the bonuses at iNetBet EU have D+B Wagering, so I can understand why you'd want to have that bonus removed. I've never had trouble with inetbet.eu but I have had problems a couple of times trying to get regular inetbet support over the weekends. It seems (although maybe I'm wrong) that if the emails have anything to do with promotions then the email goes to someone who doesn't work weekends. Did you try the callback thing they have on the website? You must register/login in order to see the link. - supposedly then they will phone you.

    Before i posted i checked when the three reps were last active and two were last around in December and one this past Friday, Emily.

    It's very frustrating but I wont be playing until i hear from them. I have been patient but this is not acceptable.

    No I have not tried the call back yet. If i don't hear from someone today i will try that, Thanks. :)

    That's the same Tom who used to be the ClubWorld rep in case you didn't know, and you remember how awesome he is. :thumbsup: Anyhow he's in charge of iNetBet.eu. He's really good about answering PMs, although he doesn't hang around the forum much.

    Chances are that you'll get a response soon anyhow, it's almost Monday morning somewhere. Unless your mails were disappearing into an alternate dimension that is. ;)

    Case resolved :)

    Just got an email from Tom apologizing for the lack of response and that he removed the bonus for me and on top of that replaced the bonus with a 50 euro managers bonus with no wagering or withdrawal restrictions. :thumbsup:

    I'm glad it had a happy ending but i have to wonder why it took so long.:confused:
    I started to think maybe my emails were not sending correctly but sure enough it was a reply to one i had sent them. Oh well, hopefully whatever the reason, it doesn't happen again to me or anyone else trying to get some help before being able to play.
