Hello to everybody !

I am Ebru Kartal , I want to write something about by terrible and unfinalized withdrawal process

about Ninja777.comlast week , I found a news about free sign up offer " 50 USD free bonus from

Ninja777.com for Chinese New year ..
The rules of bonus was simply : its just a sign up bonus and it required play 50 USd x 40 wagering

, and did not accept play table games , video poker ,etc.. you can just play arcadia games and

slots.. Ninja777.com using Playtech software and so it was hard to make a winnings...

I played all night at arcadia games and wagered 50x40 While I finished wagering process my

winnings was 760 USD . than I requested a money transfer to my Neteller account for 700 USD...

Next days Ninja777.com start to sent me e-mails about my withdraw request and I wrote some answer

please controll them what happened !

( 13 feb ) : They claimed I was eligible for withdraw and the winnings will be in my acount just

in 2 days ! ( I was very happy ! so they looks a trustable and fair firm ! )

(15 feb ) : despite Thay claimed ,before , they didnt sent the winnings , They sent an e-mail that

they need my ID and one of my bill for age and adress verification..I sent them after 2 hours ..!

( 16 feb ) : after my 2 e-mail they sent me an e-mail that they received my documents and it will

be OK after finance depart reviewed ..

( 17 feb ) finance dep sent an e-mail that "cancel your dept. request they will give %50 bonus

more " I thougt that ..they won't pay and they started to amuse tactics ... I sent them an e-mail

about send my winnings immediately or I will go to write everywhere about them.. 1 hour after

finace dept sent an e-mail that " send your Neteller Id for finalize this process ( why they want I

have already eneterd my Neteller ID while I requested withdraw from Cashier page in casino !! )

( 17 feb evening ) despite they requested my Neteller ID they didnt sent the funds to Neteller..!!
very strange ..! I sent many e-mails but no answer..

( 18 feb ) I sent many e-mails but no answer...

( 19 feb ) This morning I receieved an e-mail from finance service about " we didnt contacted our

officer in Neteller , so We will send your funds by bank wire if you send us your bank account

number and a scanned form of Your bank account statement..." I shocked.! .How you couldnt

contacted with Neteller , where are you living ..in a village ? wwe are in technology age !! bank

details are a scam ! a big lie ! so I understood that they will never pay this winnings.. they are

totally scam firm .. They think I am a idiot so I couldnt understand sending money via Neteller !

finally ı sent an e-mail that ı understood everything and go to write everybody about their firm !

After all these I have decided to start a big campaign against to them ! to show their real face

everybody..and please add your comments to here , and give me new ideas..


1 ) I will write all this process to all gambling , casino forums , viewers, rating web sites ,
magazines and mail groups .!
2 ) I will make a complaint to Playtech.com
3 ) I will make a comlaint to their licence board : Cagayan free zone / philippines
4 ) I will make a general complaint to Cyprus justice , Police departmans
5 ) I will build a web site about this process
6 ) I will control all this everyday ..!

everybody..and please add your comments to here , and give me new ideas..

I would just chill out and give the casino a chance to pay you your winnings or to explain why they can't send it to Neteller. Going ballistic on the message boards is a "last resort" option - not a "first step" option.

They also pulled the n/d bonus well before the expiry without telling anyone, they get you to join and nix the bonus, when asked they submitted they had too many people asking and were forced to stop.:eek2:

The manager of casino sent an e-mail that :

"you have to clear and delete all the false statements you have done to damage our casinos good reputation within two-days "

(but they didnt send the funds ! )


I will continue to post...

i absolutely love that casino's name. ninjas rule! i didn't get my shurikens for christmas but i made some money gambling lately so maybe i'll spoil myself...:thumbsup:

Very unpromising start for a new casino.
The offer was supposed to last till 5 March, but after a few days they denied the offer!

At least they published after a few days on their site that the offer is temporarily closed...

Another negative point is that there is a 10$ withdraw fee even for neteller.
I haven't seen such a fee around for a long time now...

About the initial specific problem:

ebruli welcome to the forum.
In my opinion, you are too aggresive with them.
I believe that if you had insisted in a normal matter, in time you would have gotten your winnings.
Your attitude maybe human and totally justified from a player's point of view, but if I were you, I would listen to Meister's experienced opinion.
I assume you have already decided not to get paid...
