I'm done losing.
I'm done trying to understand why.
I'm done bitching about it.
I'm done playing.

But, I'm not done associating with you fine people here. :) I went back into the game after taking some time off and made a couple deposits as well as lost my ass as usual. (well, not really, since I never gamble with money I can't afford to lose) This was deposit #73 and the 73rd straight loss. I decided to stop trying to figure out what it is, stop blaming the various casinos and just stop depositing money with any kind of an expectation other than it's for entertainment and there is no expectation of a win. I've decided to stop trying to find the RTG global network wide, I can't win, evil switch. It is what it is and it was what it was. The casinos can kiss my lilly white butt, as I have better things to do with my money.LOL...I'm sure I'm the first person who has ever felt this way. There....I feel much better now! :D

Love ya's

I don't drink. I gave that up a few years back. Seems I wasn't any good at that either. ;)

So, now what? If I don't gamble that means in the past 3 years I will have given up drinking, smoking and gambling. Looks like time to find new addictions. :D

Still waiting for another huge payout

Things seem pretty tight now and u.s. player choices of casinos shrinking. Plus annoying to have to wait for wiretransfers and pay fees to deposit into ewallets. Debit card deposits hit or miss.

Seems like summer a good time to take a break or atlease limit play to once per week. So I am going to try that approach.

Even when I win a couple of thousand, I am still in the red overall as have been playing 5 years now.

Plus the lack of vip gifts as Bellerock and others use to give is missed.

Just not as much fun as previously was.

Stock market. Would rather give my money away to wall street than the casino owners on third world country street

Hi mate, sorry i ment that to myself hehe :D Because i was really drunk last night, so not really fair for Casino Lock with my comments haha.....just recieved 24 hours later that i need to send all my creditcard pictures etc.... so hopefully they will be quick with payout now :)

But i want to say its a really good decision by YOu well done :notworthy

I happy For You and wish You the best.

I am thinking about only playing very little on casinos from next month, and try getting my poker job started :p :D ive been doing really well in tournaments lately after 3 years of hard practise and reading.
Looks like it pays off now...

But its dangerous as well, everything with money involved..... stressfull and not really that much fun :(

Oh well i wish You the best. No matter what i am thinking about gearing a lot down.....because it seems a lot harder winning now then 14 years ago i started my slots addiction

The thing is you don't even have to be especially unlucky to have 73 losses on RTG. Some of these games are very high variance and I can see how that can happen.

So even though you may feel like you have been shafted if you are on a bad run it could even end up a lot more, like 150 or whatever.

The funny thing is you hit a 500x win and it feels great. But about two days later the feeling wears off and you are back trying for another big hit.

So maybe your bad run is a blessing in disguise as it is at least a release of sorts. It may sound weird but hitting the big win can sometimes turn out worse.

All of those gone in 3 years? Well you've certainly got the knack. :) some for quitting some for getting. I'm in the 2nd category there so please don't be sharing a bunch of exciting new addictions you've found mister quit so easy. :D

Just wanted to add that I quit too, as of 2 or 3 weeks ago. It's just became too much of a pain in the a*& and with the new regulations going into effect tomorrow, it just doesn't seem worth it anymore. Also..I took the money I was spending on gambling and bought me a new, well a used car;), and dang I feel a lot better about seeing where my $'s are going. I can look out in my driveway and there it is. Nice and shiny and something tangible.

I don't know why this never concerned me before, but I will feel a lot better about gambling online again when I am supporting a company in my own country, which is legal to operate here. I hope that day comes. I guess it might have to do with the lack of gains lately and the realization that I have been pissing away 100% of the money, supporting someone else, in some other country. I guess I wouldn't feel so bad about losing my money and paying for someone's pool furniture who actually lived here and spent that money back into our economy. ;)

I threw some down the toity just for old time sake last night and today tried to throw in a little more but my bank decided to implement a day early I guess which got me so pissed off, I could have chewed nails and spit tacks. The very idea of them telling me what to do or not to do with my own money is so unbelievably insane and upsetting well I just can't even think of the right words. I just hope I don't spend the next few months like an old german shepherd dog I had years ago that spent his life 24/7 trying to get over the fence and out of the yard. :(
Good luck to you guys and bb watch out for the 16 million (give or take) new teenagers on the road this summer ok? LOL That's where you find out if you're lucky or not. :D

Me too! Done, finished, finito!!!! I quit complaining to much some time ago, pointless, I quit playing at any RTG's, pointless, now I have quit any and all online casino's, because depositing is pointless!!!!!

My last withdrawal from English Harbor, fee $45 for $500 withdrawal. I have deposited countless times at the New US MG's mini me's and only had a decent session, the very first time, well a really decent one, but the rest has been, dead as a mackerel.
Never before have I as a US player ever felt there was no hope of continuing to enjoy online gaming, but I have finally reached the conclusion that the towel needs to be thrown in.

Makes me feel like when you follow a tv series, when I used to watch tv and couldn't wait for the fall season, the anticipation kept me thinking of the day of the first seasons show. But as time and seasons went on, I began to lose interest in the waiting for the cliffhanger to be revealed, so the tv subscription is gone.

Online gaming is pretty much the same way, the anticipation of sooner or later it's going to pay off to those of us that loyally gave our money, time and time again, only to find the conclusion to the cliffhanger leaving you feeling a bit empty, unfullfilled and unrewarded for all you efforts.

It used to be fun waiting for that fall season to begin and it used to be fun gaming online because you knew you would be rewarded with a great conclusion to the cliffhanger or a great winning session that made the wait worth it.

Casinos should just put player tallies on each game they have played, since there is no real random, just a number of spins determination anymore per player, that way we would know if it was our time to win yet or not, that we had finally made 10,000 spins and a win was on it's way.
But oops, can't do that, then players would spin 1 cent for 1 line on auto for 10,000 spins and then bump the wager up to $10+ :D. Couldn't have players finding a loop hole!

But that's just my opinion and my opinion is what's the point anymore, especially for those of us in the US, it's all just getting more dissapointing and depressing with all the changes, loses, restrictions and general BS we have had to contend with.

But I didn't need anyone to tell me to quit gambling, this decision I made on my own with the help of all the casinos I have played and wasted my time and money at.

Agree with Mavin, it's pointless.

I posted in the "attic" about my thoughts, I guess it doesn't get much views or no one likes me :(

Or you could play at Indian casinos and give back to the tribe(s). I know Washington state has them. Oregon has a number of them and I can tell you there is no recession going on inside of those buildings...

Good point you make to the original OP, playing at our own land based casinos keeps our cash flow in our country and does benefit the Native Americans.

Slight thread derail...

The downside is they don't pay taxes (as far as I understand) and this state is desperate for money. But it does go into their communities for education, etc. I would love to know what the one nearest to me takes in a year.

Of course the Oregon lottery has vp/slots/keno etc. so I could put it directly into the state's pocket. Been there and done that.

I don't know if I'm done winning...

I'm fairly certain I'm not done losing.

Luck changed for me two days ago

Won at : inetbet, slotocash, caribean gold, allslots.clubworld. total 5000.00++

But, still in red overall.
