This is for all the gambling sites operating illegally in Norway. Why? How?

You say you operate legally with the mga license. How? And why cant you operate in ALL European countries with this "magical" license? Because you respect the law in those countries, and not the laws in Norway?
And why are you hoping that Norway shall introduce a licensing system if the mga license allows you to operate legally? And you are saying that if they introduce such system, you would be able to take active steps in the right direction with regard to consumer protection. What?
You are also using third party payment institutions to miscode the transactions. In the Visa Europe rules it says that ALL gambling transactions shall have the correct MCC for gambling (MCC 7995). This is also very important regards to problem gambling, so that the player can ask the bank to block these transactions. But you dont care do you?

Unibet is reviewed at Casinomeister. It is an CM Accredited, vetted, and highly recommend casino listed at our site.
Are they operating 'illegally' though? I hear Norway and Sweden for example are going to have their own equivalent of the UKGC or MGA shortly in order to regulate their markets better. What have you heard about this?

not sure its going to make things better though. For players at least. Last i heard sweden is kinda banning bonuses (other than subs?) but its uncofirmed rumor so take it as it is :p

If not mistaking, Sweden will have it in place very shortly (just waking up but can be so soon than beginning of the year) there are various companies already applied and got license to operate there. Here are some links to authorities website:

About Norway, no really idea but banks have been quite long there and then blocked players withdrawals which have been causing weeks delay for players to receive their winnings. Far as i know, it's not illegal to provide services to Norwegian customers, there so big operators there that it's hard to believe that they all would take customers from restricted countries, it seem to be bit unclear but would guess that some practice will be in place sooner or later, much up to Norway itself to make that license system and then all would be regulated and clear without hassle.

Also when Sweden introduce this, there is nice 19% tax for licensed operators which is not peanuts from this industry, maybe Norwegian should consider same even they have their oil money, licensing requirements also will at least could little bit help against rogue when you just make sure that authorities are also following what operators are doing after granted license. MGA and Malta is not most trustworthy country in Europe in people eyes and can't at least 100% disagree, we probably all have read about findings how much Sicilian mafia money was invested to online gaming and that was only what got busted.

Maybe day should consider make more SOW/SOF checks to operators as well and be strict as some operators themselves for even small amounts sometimes

You are correct about Sweden. They have started a licensing system. Norway has not. The government wants to keep the monopoly, and are looking into more ways to keep them out.
