So ive been playing online for decade or so now, and this is by far worst support experience ever. I deposited to get free spins on Playngo slots but it wont let me open the slot so

I didnt copy the entire convo (which is like 2 sentences longer, i said hi i have problems with my free spins offer and im getting this error when i open any Playngo slot, but i can play any other game just fine.

and she cut off there. I was about to say i tried new browser with no iGame cache or cookies, but she didnt let me say anything more... lol

is there iGame rep here? I know their cs has bad rep but this is a joke. Might as well get rid of CS alltogether.

yeah ive seen it has 8,8 rating. Maybe they have some universal rep, as in someone who is rep for entire group of casinos? no idea really.

For all i know it could be country restriction, but surely they could come up with different popup error, no? Either way, i got a mail saying 100 free spins for 20 deposit, i took the offer from my bonus page and now i have free spins that i cant use. And doesnt look like nobody gives a $#/ :p Not cool

this is how my error thingy looks like. And why on earth are my letters bigger now? anyways here it is

update!

i ran into much, much nicer person and she checked it for me (took her like 3 mins btw).

As expected it has nothing to do with verification. It appears i cant play Playngo slots there and she is going to give me spins on netent game instead. Its a world of difference between the two, i really have no idea how people like first CS rep manage to keep their job tbh :/

Have you tried another live chat session? It seems from the message that your account isn’t verified and perhaps that’s why the game won’t load?

Isnt everyone nowadays, eh ? :p Thanks for your quick reply but as i already said in my previous post, i ran into another chat rep and she already exchanged it for 100 spins on mega fortune dreams so its all good. But first rep was definitely my worst experience ive had with customer support, anywhere. ever.

Sending offers to people who cant play certain slots is kinda odd thing to do too so theres that, hope it changes soon.
