I DID NOT win a random jackpot at Inetbet

Hi,

In answer to the query; when the withdrawal on this account was processed the accounts team checked to see comps that had been accrued. These were then removed when the withdrawal was processed.

They did not however check how these had been accrued i.e. to see if a Jackpot had been won and played back etc they simply checked the overall comps accrued from the free chip.

Best Regards

This may appear stupid (I haven't played for a while at RTG) but let me see if I have this straight....

No comp points on a "free chip"
No betting over $1 on a "free chip" or winnings are voided
Obviously, no RJ on a "free chip"
And, a max cashout on a "free chip"

So, theoretically, if I have a $5 free chip in my account, I make "one" $5 spin, hit a RJ I will get $0.00?

This is why I do not like "free" chips.

You have already voided your free chip by the $5 bet regardless of what you hit (no bet over $1). Max cashout on a free chip at InetBet is 10x free chip.

You're right...and that was my point. IMHO they are worthless...it's like playing with play money;)

Found this thread a little strange as when i won a random at Inet I was contacted by support and asked about being "winners" listed.

Some good points made- despite playing at Inet for years I was not aware that you couldn't win comp points or RJs on the managers bonus( unless I am misreading the posts).

I know there is a max on free chips but I always thought the managers bonus was a compltely different class given how its basis. Emily can you confirm please???

There were a few comments in the earlier posts re support- Despite the no live chat (which considering the knolwedge base of some live chats is not really any loss:lolup: ) I have usually found an email response takes about 5 mins- very rarely have I had to email twice to get a prompt answer- perhaps I have just been lucky but I do find support at INB is fast and responsive.

The monthly manager bonus at Inetbet falls under the same rules/T&C's as any no deposit bonus. 20X playthrough and a 10X max cashout. So if you get a $20 manager bonus, and hit a RJ on it...the most you can receive is $200. The RJ funds get put back into the game, after Inetbet contacts RTG to reinstate the funds.

As far as I know, you DO earn comp points however on all bonuses, whether that be deposit bonus or no deposit bonus. My comp points have always increased on both.

There is no max cashout however on comp POINTS redeemed. If you redeem $5 worth of comp points and hit a RJ, it's yours to keep.

I've been playing there ten years and that's my understanding of things. Perhaps Inetbet can verify, or clarify, on Monday.

EDIT: Ditto what Colly said on the email. I think twice in ten years, I've had issues with a lack of email response, and that was down to server issues.

And to clarify on the comp points...once the max cashout amount AND the playthrough on a no deposit coupon has been reached, the software will automatically now reset your balance to whatever the maximum withdrawable amount is. If you were playing on a no deposit COUPON of $10, had a balance of $200 and reached playthrough.....the software will automatically take back the extra $100 while playing. No explanation has ever been given, but I'm assuming that it's to disallow further play, thus building up comp points on a freebie. But while WR are in effect, you can still earn comps.

However, the manager's bonus is credited manually, and actually shows as withdrawable in the cashier when it's credited. In the case of the OP, they played the RJ amount down to the max withdraw amount of $50 and earned 400 comps while doing so. So the same as the bonus is manually credited, I believe they manually removed the comps earned....as the software isn't programmed to remove the excess balance on a manual credit. Hope that makes sense?

Don't think that is correct for MB only the free chip coupons- MB always used to be 10 times play through- this was upped to 15 times a couple of years ago but still stands = From my experience the max rule isn't applied either but I may be out of date on the latter.

I have also played VP rather than slots on the MB without any question on cashout. The rules are a little different from the standard WR and are distinguished from free chip coupons claimed- but given the matter has been raised by a number of knowledgable posters shows the amount of confusion around the issue.

It would be in everyones best interest if Emily would state the MB T and C's in this post

Cheers

Hey Colly...you absolutely could be right on the 15X thing. But I am almost positive that the 10X max cashout rule does apply. Agreed that Emily or Inetbet Promos should respond and clarify the rules. One of us should send them a PM...but it is the weekend so I wouldn't really expect a response til Monday.

UNFORTUNATELY, it does NOT also stop play and take you to the cashier, and this can mean you lose some of those winnings in the time it takes for you to actually NOTICE that this has happened. This means you have to watch the playthrough meter and accurately work out how much play is needed to meet WR. Funnily enough, you can get winnings confiscated at Rival casinos for doing this, yet with RTG the same thing is COMPULSORY. This tells me that there really is no such thing as "bonus abuse", it is simply the invention of individual casinos, and what is disallowed in one, becomes COMPULSORY in others, yet the SAME reason (prevent bonus abuse) is used to justify the action in both cases. What a load of ********!
