Feedback I can never find anything using the forum search feature!

I was looking for something a few days ago - I knew who said it and I knew it was only a couple of months ago, I tried searching and stuff was showing up from 2007, I tried the advanced search limiting to the last 6 months, these billion page long threads were showing up. Finally I got frustrated and went to Google and searched there and found the thread on Casinomeister on the first try.

Is there a trick to using the search in here that I don't know about or do other people use Google to search the forum too?

I find it's better just looking for one keyword (on the forum search) tick posts only box, untick the tags or leave blank, and leave the member name blank and have the relevance set on descending order. Seems OK that way.

I can rarely find exactly what I'm looking for with the forum search - even if it's one of my own posts. LOL But... I have found this to be the case with any forum search.

For something only a couple days old, and you know who said it, maybe find a recent post by the OP in question, click their name, and click View Forum Posts, then either do a Search from there or the old scroll and scan by eyeball method.

That's actually a good suggestion, I didn't think of that. Except in this case it was from awhile back and it was Bryan and you know how much HE talks.... :rolleyes:

Actually, the vBulletin search tool sucks big time. I rarely use it. What I use is the search function that is one the main site which includes the forum, all static pages to include the news, archived newsletters, rogue pit, and anything else on the site:

First off id be looking at caching the search function and removing some redirections ive found that do seem a little high for some reason.

But all in all site is fairly sound when it comes to errors except there seems to be a high redirection issue towards this url..

s.ytimg.com - which im assuming is related to a .swv flash object embedded somewhere. as shown below.

But what does concern me is whats in red below....

Considering the sites url should always be the most extensivly accessed that being www.casinomeister.com
with a test accumulated access total of 384412

But then we have whats classed a s a unforced redirect to this banner banners.clubworldgroup.eu 33050

Now this figure of 33050 requests per second isnt the roor cause but is resulting in pages being redirected or not directed at all, and this figure only increased when a test search was done.

End of the day, every website has its errors, and sometimes a single jpeg or gif can make a whole web site unstable. thats where compression of pics comes in handy.

Now below This is how site should behave, Notice the unbroken chart directions which make site flow, but further below in the second test done 3 seconds later u see site being pullled or directed where it shouldnt be hence creating errors. Anyway, theres my 2 cents worth, all this means little untill the offending script is viewed.

site to cluttered and outdated

I ALSO HAVE A TREMENDOUSLY HARD TIME NAVIGATING THIS SITE. WHEN i DO FIND SOMETHING IT IS USUALLY BY ACCIDENT AND have tremendous difficulty finding it again...seems the only updated info comes from casinos that contribute financially to casinomeister. most of the listings ratings are very old and there seems to be no updating unless it is casinomeister awards which I assume go to contributing casinos, rather than actual user feedback. when talking to several casino reps they all say the same thing, their placement in rogue or questionable practices happens when they discontinue contributing to this site. unfortunately, there is a "we said-they said" type of situation here and outside of trying to find users comments in forum, the main listings are not current or updated

Those accusations are very serious and easy to make if you are just shooting off your mouth. If you are serious then you'd best provide documentation to back those statements up. Consider how easy it would be for me to say that I had heard nasty things about you ... and just leave it out there without evidence for people to think whatever they wanted to think.
As to the site Awards, Warnings and Rogue listings you are misguided. I have no intimate knowledge of the site's financial affairs yet I routinely flag casino misbehaviour and malpractice without interference from the guy who does handle the site's financial affairs, that being Bryan. Believe that or not as you like but you are seriously barking up the wrong tree on this one. Again, those things are so easy to say but not a shred of evidence is on offer. In other words just hearsay, opinion and dirt. Perhaps you've been picking this stuff up somewhere else on the web in which case you might want to consider their agenda in creating and spreading such fabrications.
Lastly, if you seriously believe half of what you are saying then why are you here? It's either (a) because you don't actually believe what you are saying because if you did you'd be totally wasting your time by being here, or (b) you've just dropped by for a little site vandalism in which case you may well find yourself on the pointy end of a swiftly moving boot. my apologies...after reading what I wrote I realize I was out of line...I was frustrated because what I stated about navigating your site was factual for me...but what i said as I ran off at the mouth, was what I was told by casino reps when being offered promotions and I would tell them that they were on rogue lists and had bad comments and reviews in forums...I realize that they DEFINITELY had agendas. I have tried to use the info I get off this site to guide me in casino selections, but I have had bad experiences with some approved casino's..usually because I did not do my homework as far as reading and interpreting the twists and turns of ALL of their "terms and conditions" but that is on me. As for the "accusations" one of the casinos for example is COOL CAT whose group was tagged as "worst casino group in 2007". I had been playing there troublefree before finding this forum, and ceased after reading your reviews. when they contacted me and I told them why I had left them, I was told 2007 was the last year they had given you guys money. that is all I have in way of backing what I said up, but i HEARD THE SAME THING FROM A FEW OTHER CASINOS. lol...well as far as I know the only way that Bryan makes money is by the affiliate banners. And the only affiliate banners he'll allow on his site are from accredited casinos. If they're not accredited they can't pay to advertise here. That being said, Cool Cat casino has never been accredited, the Virtual group has been rogue for years. It's not just this site either, they're listed as a casino to stay away from at any reputable casino site you go to online.

Also if you heard the same BS from other casinos, how much do you want to bet they're either in the same group or very closely affiliated....? Were the other casinos also RTG, by chance?

As others have and will point out, Cool Cat has been on every credible blacklist in the business for the better part of a decade. I seriously doubt that a dime ever changed hands between them or their parent group -- Virtual Casino Group -- and Casinomeister. Casinomeister has been around for 13 or 14 years and given the "call as I see 'em" policy of the site's founder and webmaster, Bryan Bailey, then you may imagine that he's made a few enemies. Lots of people bitch, moan and lie when they get called out for cheating players and running a bent operation. Maybe you were talking to some of those folks, Cool Cat being a prime candidate. Name the casinos, chances are their reputation was shite here and elsewhere long before you ever started talking to them about Casinomeister.

At any rate sorry if I hurt your feelings ... I should not disparage your site or be doomed to exclusion.

If I post on the forums that I have "heard" that you are in the sex-slave trade and are a provider of child pornography I've probably done a lot more than "hurt your feelings". Such statements would be an attack on your reputation, your credibility and may even get you in trouble with the law. "Hurt feelings" would be the least of your problems.

In other words don't try and put this on me and my delicate sensibilities. You were spreading dirt and hearsay with the intent to damage the site -- "running off at the mouth" I think you called it -- and that is unnacceptable behaviour.

It's not about being "disparaging" it's about violating the General Posting Rules on (at least) four counts: 1.6, 1.14, 1.18 and 1.19. Please don't. You need to be a better forum citizen if you hope to have much of a future here.

Do you have written proof of this? Chat session - email? That is a very serious allegation.

If you have any other comments or messages from casinos concerning payoffs - please post them here.
