I am sure most people who will read this will think that I am nit picking. But if you regularly play at a casino who done this to you, then you would understand where I’m coming from.
There are a lot of small faults that I have spotted at Jackpot Factory casinos. But this is the one that made me fall out of love with them.
They practice stalling the customer on withdrawal questions and requests for flushes. I know this because the last 15 or so times I have went onto live help for a flush/withdrawal question they left me waiting for ~30 minutes and sometimes don’t even answer at all. When compared to questions about deposits or general help they answer almost instantly. The chances of this being coincidental is very slim, so slim that it is like flipping a coin fifteen times and each time the coin happens to fall in favour of the casino. Like Judge Judy says; “I don’t believe it!”
After I became certain that they were practicing this well known casino trick I felt different when I was playing at All Slots. There was a kind of disgust I felt towards them because they were penny-pinching and also an ominous feeling that someone was looking over my shoulder.
