How do you eat yours?.

What with Easter rapidly approaching I thought I would start a seasonal type thread, soooooo, how do you go about devouring our favourite mini type egg?.......

creme-egg-nick-clegg1.webp

I like to slowly unwrap it, gently nibble around the top, then stick my tongue in as far as possible ;).

How do you eat yours?.

First, I make a pot of really strong coffee... pour a cup, add just a touch of cream. Then I peel the Cadbury's, nibble just the top off.... then drop it into my coffee.

Cadbury's are just toooooo sweet on their own.

I also like to slowly remove the covering, continuing to gently lick the top until its nice and moist.

After that, I usually start employing longer strokes of my tongue from the bottom right to the tip, and gradually begin running my teeth softly down the outside, stopping to bite and suck at random intervals.

When the whole thing is sufficiently moist, I really get started on the top part until I start to taste something gooey and pleasant, at which time I begin exploring the inside with my tongue and fingers, getting deeper and deeper each time. After a while the whole thing just becomes a sticky, wet and runny mess.....and this is when I know the job is done. I leave it sit for a little while, and sometimes go back for the leftovers, being careful not to allow them to get too dry.

Of course, I wash my hands and mouth before pouring myself a scotch and laying back in my recliner with a grin the Cheshire Cat would be proud of........

1) Go to store, buy 2 dozen (1 dozen for each child)
2) Put them where I know I won't forget where I put them.
3) Day before Easter go BACK to store (because I forgot where I put them) and hope to hell the store hasn't run out of them!
4) Day after Easter, find the stupid things while looking for something else! So, put them in purse so I definitely know where they are!
5) Next day daughter picks me up to run errands. Place purse on floor of her vehicle (forgetting cadbury eggs are in purse!!!!). Get to store, go to dig wallet out of purse...

DO YOU KNOW WHAT 2 DOZEN MELTED CADBURY CREME EGGS LOOK LIKE???? I had 5 store clerks, a store manager and a whole slew of customers laughing as I was trying to dig my bank card out of my chocolate cadbury egg coated wallet. Guess what my kids AREN'T getting for Easter this year???? :D
(And because my daughter was laughing the loudest her kids are getting DOUBLE Peeps this year)

Cadbury Eggs make me want to hurl. They look like a raw egg. Yech!

Now Malted Bird Eggs are another story.

@Ksech - Don't know what a purse full of melted Cadbury's look like but I can tell you what a purse full of Green Slime (remember that?) looks like. Thought I had a hand full of snot when I stuck my hand in to get my wallet. The store clerk thought it was the funniest thing. Guess she didn't have any kids yet. LOL! My son is now 30 and I can't wait til he has kids so I can have payback.

Is this a secret coded porno thread? LOL! Licking and tongues, nibbeling and all that:eek::)

I LOVE Cadburys eggs!, I, too LOVE to bite off the top and then ...lol..stick my tongue into the creamy center and....be right back. ;):D

Nifty's made me blush a bit....:o

I personally don't like them - which is odd because they have chocolate - but they're too sweet and icky for me. I do like their clucking bunny though.

Ha ha was wondering the same thing-Geez I really need to get out more:p Totally relate to all the mom stories of Easter candy though!

What is up with you people?

This thread is about choclate eggs, I don't see what else could be eaten like that
Shame on you :xxx

Thanks to those who have shared how they "Eat Theirs" gives me a few new ways to try it over Easter and saves me Googling *delete history*

P.S I Don't eat chocolate.

Hahaha, and this is what makes this forum so goddam awesome, I tried two together last night it got very messy very quickly :eek2:.

Were these the mini eggs or the regular sized eggs??? Ya know....they aren't like M&Ms where they melt in your mouth and not in your hand;):D

And I'm not sure I'm gonna get this image out of my mind of you trying to stuff two regular sized Cadbury Creme eggs into your mouth at the same time....:p

I'm with jaseminebed, jelly beans, the tiny spicy ones!

Oh, btw...I gave my grandsons 1 package each last year orange, yellow, pink, purple, blue, and green Peeps. They're getting DOUBLE that this year and they'll each get 4 bags of jelly beans because their mom thought the egg thing was so funny. Paybacks are a bitch :D

I would just shove the whole thing in my mouth if the wife didn't give me such disgusted looks :D

Now I'm a 'bite the top off, chew it down for a bit until it's about half gone, then eat the rest in one bite' kind of guy.

For the folks in the UK - have you tried the caramel bunnies? Those are awesome ;)

Tesco`s is the place to stock up on choccy for this Easter - buy 1 get two free, regular size eggs yehaaaaaaaaaaaw!!!!!;).

I had no idea you guys in other countries even had them - I really though they were a British phenomenon!
I really MUST get out more...!

I don't often eat them - I like chocolate, but not too sweet and sickly.
When I do have one I'm with the Seventh777 method.
As to Nifty's first post - well I dare not read that again until after the kids have gone to bed!

Now then, the missus bought 3 at Tesco's yesterday - I wonder where she hid them... ;)

Just out of curiosity, now that Easter is over...

How many of those Cadbury Eggs did everyone actually consume???

I did break down and bought by daughter 3 Cadbury eggs (watching a 33 year old woman pouting is not a happy sight LOL) BUT her boys DID receive 4 bags of spicy jelly beans each and because I had a difficult time finding them because I went shopping too late, they only received 5 boxes of peeps each.

And my mother was a little upset because she didn't receive her normal Godiva chocolate gift this year, so I'll definitely have to make it up to her on her birthday/Mother's Day LOL

Godiva is the best! I'd be pissed too!;)

One more time, for all of us:o

Maybe we can think about a 'Hall Of Fame' post for the moist ..sorry..um..the MOST best post in this category?

I am not sure what catagory this should be in, tho? ;)

I am ever so grateful my husband is not reading this thread:D

Now Nifty I got a egg I'm saving just for you. I would love to see you lick it up and down maybe you could show me the correct way. The minute I get the chocolate in my hands I just cant stop. I want to swallow it whole. I've tried to lick the sides, I have tried to stroke my tongue around but the frenzie in mouth begins. I want to taste that sweet goo, I can't stop and I end up sucking it way to fast. So fast I'm afraid I may gag or choke. I just can't help myself, it just so smooth and rich, it teases my tongue. I love the feeling of that sweet creamy center pouring open in my mouth, I swallow it hard. Sometimes a little drips on my chin but that's OK my tongue will reach down deep and lick every last drop up. After the sweet explosion in my mouth I will sit with my cigarette take a deep breath and feel sad for once again I ate it way to quick. But I just can't help myself.

However, since Easter I notice my misses has got some more & "hid" them in the cupboard...
Not been tempted... yet!
