I comes from germany, my account in bah is 12960415.
Three months ago, bet-at-home give me a reload offer for sport betting, then I deposited 150 euro and got 150 bonus. After I had finished the wager requirements, I turned my bankroll form 300 euro up to 880 euro.
In 10/27/11 my betting account was blocked without any notice after delivering my driver's license for my payment of 880 €. It was not my first time withdraw by bet-at-home, they had paid me for more than 1600 euro before.
To solve the problem faster, I have sent my documents again in 11/03/11. I have send so many emails or live chat with them for several times in these days but they would never positive answer my questions.
BAH can Of course close my account by their AGB, as they had told me, but they must tell me their reason and pay off my money.
Is there some one here could give me some idea to help me talk about with bet-at-home?
