Honest review: Video Slots (False advertising)

I am going to be as fair as absolutely possible. Not fuming at all, just very very disappointed.

+ Polite customer support that answer fast.
+ Lots of games, nice layout.

-Compensation. (Lost 1600 euro in two nights, asked for a bonus compensation) Not a chance!
-Cash Back. (False advertising!)
-Lots of errors on MG and WMS games
-Deposits with VISA stops during the process you do not get a receipt you have to hope it goes through every time.

False advertising:
This is SO WRONG! "25% cash back, the more you play the more you get back"
The 25% is of their totalt company plus from all players that night. You are rewarded with a percentage depending on how much you play.
My 1600 euro equals 4,77 Euro. Imagine my disappointment
All is written with smal writing in terms and conditions if you click the banner.


Bottom line is I feel cheated by an organization/company that clearly does not care about customers even if they deposit a lot.

Anyway if this had been Guts or Yako or many of The other large ones 1600 euro would be at least 200 euro with wagering.. They seem to be extremely cheap.

I have to say, I have a fair few errors on their site on MG games too, lag and errors. They looked into it for me but found nothing.

I also find the cash back to be very, very low. It is better than nothing, but they do not compensate if you do have hefty losses. For that try some of the other accredited, good and bad points I guess, fast withdrawals make them good, but I can barely get one

You have to be aware that the cashback is paid on the theoretical return to player (TRTP) so your actual results doesn't matter. You can calculate your own cashback by checking the TRTP of the game you play (xhttps://www.videoslots.com/payout-ratios/), set it to "theoretical" and then calculate

turnover * (1-TRTP) * 25%

For example you play Gonzo's Quest with a TRTP of 96% and you wagered €1000 your cashback is: €1000 * (1-0.96) * 0.25 = €10.

We had this confusion a couple of times. In my opinion they should rephrase it somehow and not call it "cashback" but it's difficult to find a good replacement-term for that.

Its a hit and miss as you can deposit £50 have a good run, take out a few 100 get cash back and other race wins etc, But like you said it can go the other way, Deposit loads, get bad luck get f all cash back and do not get far in the race,

But they are good, They do give back, You are not the first to complain about no good will, and they are well known not to give any out, Reason being is that with all the the cash back (no punt intended) the race winnings etc, All wager free, Like I said you have to have a good run and you be lauging, You also rember your bad luck is some other players gain and vice & versa

It's nothing to do with the casino's profit - even if ALL their players won during a week, they would all still get the cash-back on their wagering.

Firstly, VS is a great casino, just the amount of available games is staggering and no other casino matches that number.

Ever since i joined VS the cashback/weekly race payouts averaged at around 10% of my deposits. Add the extra rewards for the trophies etc and you end up at roughly 12-13%.

Now comes the kicker - it is all WAGER FREE.

TBH, i prefer mostly the 13% Wager Free to a 25 or 50% bonus with 30-50xWR.

I said this before, you have to play at VS a little smarter than at other casinos if you are out to make it to the top-spots in the Casino Race and increase your cashback. Hammering away with high bets will not get you much and the rewards drop to maybe 4-5% of your total deposits.

I understand your frustration Dagobert. As i said in my post:

I said this before, you have to play at VS a little smarter than at other casinos if you are out to make it to the top-spots in the Casino Race and increase your cashback. Hammering away with high bets will not get you much and the rewards drop to maybe 4-5% of your total deposits.

It is exactly the same experience i had when i started playing at VS. Only that i lost over 7K in 3 days and had barely 25$ in cashback and only a few more bucks from the race as i was betting high. Reason for that is that the max points/bet in the race is 3 and that you get for any bet exceeding 2$, hence playing with 4.50 and higher bets won't help you at all with your race position.

Same goes for the cashback, the more bets you place the higher your cashback is getting. Hence, betting high is not really the best strategy as your balance will diminish much faster unless you hit some big wins.

EDIT: Did you check your Casino Race position? It ends today at 12.00am and should give you a decent amount.

Got £26 in Race Winnings Nov-2nd - And I don't even TRY to do well in the races, or do a crazy amount of spins.
(I was placed 243rd, with 8,508 spins played)
Withdrew £900 on Nov-5th (I still have over £400 in my account)
And STILL got £53.98 cash-back even though I'd won more than 4 x my deposit!

At most casinos comp points make up for a fraction of the total rewards given to players.

At VS it's all about wagering - they reward winners not losers.

I'm not saying you win every time you wager alot, but you definitely don't win with little play and your deposit gone in 5 minutes.

It may be that too much comps are tied up in cashback.

A comp is much more appreciated after a losing session.

That should give you min. 24.000 points in the casino race, currently good for 46EUR which will be credited tomorrow at noon.

Also please re-check your cashback, usually it updates only the next day, hence you might have missed the cashback of your last day.

As it stands, this will be than some EUR50 in rewards, which is roughly 3%, i have to admit a little low, but that is why i said you have to play a little smart at VS to make your money count.

Which one is it? The 1600 Euro deposits as per your first post or 1750 Euro deposits as per this post?

You should have gotten a hell of a lot more than 4.77 Euro and as Harry said, some decent race money on top.
