To be frank i wasn't all too happy with the Casino: despite my mostly positive feedback (i really thought it was quite o.k. for a beta) i found that lack of communication re: the special tourney, and the feedback prize, very annoying.

In the meantime i have send Pidge several p.m.'s (on the 7th and 27th of november) - which are both unanswered.

Stuff i wanted to know is why the welcome bonus had disappeared, and if it would be back (i found out why, by contacting chat later on) and when the tourney would be held...
Then later i read Dio's post, and that it was more or less already over, a paid tourney etc, and then read his many negative experiences...

Since, i haven't bothered of course.

At least happy you won the prize Dio, and won something nice with it:)

Beta feedback winner: Yes the rumours are true, Dionysus won it with quality feedback that was heads and shoulders above the rest. As mentioned to him and all beta testers, we logged in everything, the good the bad the ugly, and aim to have most of the remaining nagging issue specifically on mobile, resolved within the coming weeks. Even with best intentions, scheduling tends to go out the window during launch week, and it did take us a little longer than we would have liked to get the feedback winner sorted. Didn't necessarily want to make a song and dance about it in this thread since BoF is not about this, but since the beta forum was closed in meantime and a few asked here, there you have it: Dyonisus bagged it, and deservedly so for his feedback via the site and on this very forum.

Dyonisus KYC: team is looking into it, more on this soon.

PM I see 2 unanswered, both from today. Getting to it now.

lol I had no reason TO save the CC. I deposited and lost.
Generally speaking the card is saved after I deposit and play in case I win ..not that it can be withdrawn to but in case the casino asks for a scan from a withdraw initiated from the card ( not rhat anyone ever does)
if I lose it goes in the trash. I lost.
But that isnt even the case here. I won and withdrew off their money..the contest prize
Had you or another player won the contest (or any future contest) and tried to withdraw and had never deposited at the casino what would they request?
KYC documents. Which I supplied.

Is the moral to players youre better off entering contests and never having deposited? It seems to be the moral for me. If I never deposited I could withdraw my prize money (one can assume and hope) by completing kyc with photo ID and a utitility bill (supplied).
But a depositor is put to a harder standard for a contest prize withdraw ? Even though a prior deposit is entirely unrelated?
It's kind of saying Hey Dionysus. We have your documents. Maybe you shouldn't have deposited with us and tried us out..if you hadnt you would have your money now.

It's great they sent out a mailer regarding rhe prize but it should have been posted here. And it's great pidge sent me an email about mobile play. It should also be posted here.

Exactly! I don't care that I didn't get an answer from the first pm I sent, even if it had been polite. But I didn't get any answer why things didn't work on the Swedish page or if it's fixed now, and that I expected.
I guess that's also why I''m a bit negative. Talk to me or reply and it's all fine.

Possibly won something. :) But thanks. Hoping to save for a hot tub ( a low end year round one). Sounds superficial lol but broke my back in my twenties and getting a little more rough as I age. :)

Also, this means that all the feedback that was supplied through the form, was less valuable/ or was this a prize specifically for the CM membership?

As I understand it it was specifically geared toward those who were invited and participated in the closed beta test and used the feedback form that was sent out at the end.

Correct. Not to say we didn't thank everybody in the beta email for their help and contribution. No intent to hurt anyone's feelings here, but Dyonisus feedback really stood out, telling it otherwise would not be telling it straight.

I had a few screen shots and notes regarding to game play as it relates to errors.
However once I switched from phone to tablet there were far less so I won't bog the thread down with the mosrly repeat instances and say...the mobile site isn't up to snuff. . Most were issue of closing the game going to lobby scolling down slots opening a new game only to have it open the previous game.
Also of game crashes where the game reopens in free even though the player is still logged in.

It would still be nice if rewards free spins bundled instead of repeatedly going back to open the next 10 and go back to the same again ..and having games that are universally tailored or geared to players country of origin so as not to have to go to chat to convert them.

Another free spins reward note. Free spins on Vikings go Berserk is a poor choice. Let's use me for an example. If I'm collecting toward the bonus at 1.25 a spin if I hit a character win during my 10 fs that 25 cent wager is now mingled into the collective bonus dropping my overall value when triggering game feature.

Plus note. Combined I won 63.dollars after redeeming my nights rewards free spins.

After the very kind invite to take part in the testing only to be barred due to our location I am very curious about High Roller Casino. How long can we expect to wait until you have a UK licence please?
 
It's not a license issue per se, more regulatory and advertising compliance adjustments.
We hope to have everything ironed out within the next 2 to 4 weeks.

I wasn't going to deposit at Highroller till they got Neteller up and running but hey I had a few quid to spare so made my first deposit via visa for €20 and got a €40 bonus. When I was beta testing the site I did set session limits at 120 minutes and can heartily confirm that it works. Anyway got my balance up to €478 playing Bonanza before the session limit kicked in and I got booted out for 24 hours. My fault for not checking prior to depositing but it was worth the wait. Decided to stick with Bonanza and managed to get it up to €1228 before completing wagering.

Once wagering was complete my balance dropped to zero so I had to pop on to live chat who fixed the problem and I was able to withdraw.

I did send my documents off yesterday however they asked for another copy of my debit card (seems I covered the wrong digits). So I withdrew at 8am and by 9:45am my account stated that withdrawal was successful. Just waiting on it to hit my bank now.

Overall I had a few issues. No laag with the game, live chat is responsive and processing documents and withdrawals seems fast and efficient. Will post the data to the minions section once the money hits my bank. Responsible gambling features work really well.

Cons: Balance might zero out once wagering is complete requiring player to contact live chat to fix
Rewards fs aren't set right if a game is restricted then it shouldn't be offered.

So I have to give this casino a thumbs up because my experience although not without a few hiccups was very good and enjoyable:)

I've had a couple of e-mails/tweets today from disgruntled folk saying you have banned them on sign-up due to self-exclusions at MT Secure Trade. According to the UKGC, your licence is seperate from them?

Oh great,I was unsure where to deposit this evening so this answers my question. I was quite disappointed to have been included in your Beta period only to find us Brits where unable to take part. :)
