I emailed pidge after the email announcement I'd wait to post so he had a chance to first.
Unfortunately today's news isn't any better. I had been hoping ro come in and thank the casino and post about a nice profit I turned and about an easy withdraw.
Unfortunately it's being held up.
Why?
Finance wants a copy of the disposable credit card I used when I took a SUB.
What on Earth for? I I DIDN'T WIN from that deposit and I DIDN'T WITHDRAW from that deposit. I depped I lost. Why would I keep an empty throwaway credit card that can't be reloaded or withdrawn to.
I could maybe understnad had I deposited and won and initiated a withdraw from that they may request said CC.
But I received a contest prize of funds, played on their dime, won, and now trying to withdraw and it's being held for a ridiculous request.
Their sister casinos never ask for prepaid cc scans even when I win FROM that deposit.
But can you imagine them asking for one if you win from free spins? Or receive a Christmas gift? Congratulations your prize is in the mail....as soon as we receive scans of un unrelated deposit back in November. No viable reason. Just because.

I actually made a WD from GUTS both last week AND last night from prepaid card deposits ..neither requesting cc scans (they KNOW the nature of prepaid cards).
This withdraw at Highroller doesn't even have anything to DO with a deposit in any way shape or form.
I've sent my other documents for KYC and when asked about the CC I sent an email explaining.
Their reply was again to request a completely unrelated prepaid card.
I'm hoping this is simply a matter that their team isn't familiar with prepaid cards (despite my explanation) and that this will be quickly resolved and that what I thought was a positive turn isn't another negative note and there's a bright light and happy outcome.

I was lucky enough to have won on the feedback prize making my Christmas a little easier this year....and perhaps even a little something for myself as I can't make it home this year ro see family and it'll just be me and the dogs.
The withdraw process was simple and as easy as expected seeing I'm KYCED at your sister sites and have enjoyed timely withdraws.
Hope all our feedback..even critical in my side...has been beneficial.
Still a few errors and I took some notes and screenshots but much smoother moving from the phone to a new tablet I purchased.

Thats roughly what I thought my next post WOULD be.
However now I'm stuck on KYC with a non issue being the issue. And being Friday I expect now it won't be resolved until next week (if at all).
ps the documents are fine. Theyre the same as at GUTS and Rizk and highroller has accepted them as I expected It's about a totally unrelated irrelevant prepaid card.
pps if they're overly concerned they can migrate my docs from GUTS. . Sure..separate casino separate KYC...thats why they've been sent my documents
