Hello casinomeister :)

I am sorry that my first post is in this thread, but I have a complaint and tried to sort my issue with the club world casinos representative but he did not help me. I just want to share my bad experience at HighNoon casino.

I received an email for 60 free, and decided to use the promotion. I played and won some and my wagering was met. The next working day I was requested documents which I send and was approved, but the cashier replied me that my account was linked to two different accounts and winnings will be void. I was surprised to hear that, and after checking what the problem is I found that a family member has also account with them and used the code. The night before I played this bonus I was with a friend in my house and she also got the email and played from my home. Today High Noon casino replied me that they have removed my winnings because of their household condition :eek2:. I am really very disappointed and it was not my fault. I just was not aware of that and I believe I should receive my winnings as its my own account which I verified. I am really confused with their rules and I lost confidence to play online if casinos treat players like this.
 
Hi Dulcina,

I believe it was fair from the Casino if you have several accounts from one household. Unless prior arrangement was made with them (to have another account for a family member) and their T&C's restrict multiple accounts from one home... they are within right to deny the winnings.

Rules are Rules & we all know it sucks at times.

Thank you, I was just not aware of their rules and that surprised me..But I still don't understand that rule I may have my own account and a family member may have their own even we are registered on the same address and even I live in a different house. Anyway thanks all of you for clarifying the problem.

Sorry Dulcina...I have to agree with the other posters.

I believe every online casino has that rule, unless you make arrangements like Nate said, say if you and your partner like to gamble online.

You've got to be kidding me. You have no idea that other people in your household are depositing at this casino?

How many people use your computer? How many people in your household have an account in this forum?

14. You are allowed only one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account per household, computer, IP address or business address. If you have more than one account all winnings will be void.

The casino enforced one of the most standard terms in their terms and conditions - yet you state you are confused with their rules and you have lost confidence to play online...

How many bonuses (especially no deposit bonuses) do you think a casino will allow you to claim from one computer and one address? Bust out once, create a new account and try it again. Bust out a second time, create another account (using a family member's or friend's name/ID) and try it again. Repeat until successful and cashout.

I can't believe you would allow numerous people to use your computer....especially to gamble on. :rolleyes:
 
It seems that everyone is against me, or you'r trying to accuse me for something I was not aware of. Now I know the rules for this but I don't find anything bad to have my personal account and if my family have their accounts at the same place I don't care, Also I used my own computer. It's all about bonuses, they have it in their rules that only one account/household is allowed.

Read this again, Pinababy explained it:

I often think that casinos use their rules to create bad situations for new players but this rule about one acount/household is perfectly understandable.

If you in your household want to play RTG, why don't you just decide who plays at Club World and who plays at iNetBet?

To me it seems quite easy.
 
Not to forget to mention as Bryan said, this is a "standard rule" and it is the same standard rule with all online casinos. So we either follow the rules or eventually run out of options of where you can play.
 
Hiya: No One is attacking you. Most of the people on this forum have played On Line for years, and know all the standard rules inside out. The casino is NOT trying to ripp you off. They are not Mind Readers either. They have NO WAY to determine the difference between something being done by, "accident vs intentionally".

If you have other family members making deposits at casinos, then make a list of each family members name, and what casino's they have deposited at. Now, you know where, YOU are NOT allowed to deposit at, "Even if the casino send you an E mail Deposit Offer".

Go open an account at 3Dice before someone else in your family does.:)
 
Forget the rules, look at probabilities. We are to believe that not only a family member, but a friend too, all registered and played the same casino pretty much at the same time. This is highly improbable were these people really acting independently. The most probable, if not provable, explanation is that one player has used 3 sets of details to have three goes at the same free chip.

Had the friend not been involved, it would have been more believable, since there are cases of more than one gambler in a family, and unless they are experienced enough, neither will think it necessary to consult the other every time they register a new casino account somewhere.

One problem with the standard term is that it often uses jargon, without giving "plain English" examples of common family situations that would create a breach of the rule. To many, the internet is the "black box" hanging on the end of the phone line, and they don't think about IP addresses, MACs, etc.
 
Well, I DID catch my niece playing bingo free chips over my wireless internet on a laptop when she was visiting. She didn't see any reason to check with me first, and I didn't think to ask.

She DID get the lecture though, the one about "shared environments", and how I expected to be informed in future of which sites she intended to play whilst using my internet connection.

However, her choice did not clash with any sites I play at, so nothing more was said, other than pointing out the HYPOCRACY involved when SHE lectured ME about the "sins of gambling on the internet":D
 
I just dont understand how a friend can come over and play at a casino, without you noticing it. If it was a family member who lives in the same household, then oK, but a friend that comes over for a visit?

Anyways, the casino is not to be blamed here at all. It cleasly states in theit rules that it is ONE account per household and Ip-address!

It's easy. Most of the time when I go to a friend's house, I take my laptop with me and jump on his wireless network. It's not like he's looking over my shoulder watching what I'm doing...:p
 
Lol, so many replies on this post, all I can say is that I don't care for the casino not paying me! My mother is giving me the 300 to try other casinos, what is strange for what is happening is that just yesterday I registered my new own address in the local authority, so from now on I can play anywhere without problems as its my own house :)))
 
Yes it is unfair but I think its your fault. Did you read the terms and conditions first before logging in or signing up. Lesson learned better read the terms and conditions in every online casino website to avoid this miscommunications.

This is part of the problem. Laptops are now more popular than desktops, and for wireless internet, many people now have this even with an entry level contract.

Gambling online is also NOT one of those things that everybody feels they can be open to others about. I have been open about it to friends and family, even though they express varying degrees of disapproval.

Terms and conditions could be more user friendly, giving helpful advice as well as dry legalese. The advice should be to ensure that players ARE open about online gambling with others who are likely to be using their internet connection, so that they can ensure they don't end up playing the same sites, and especially the same BONUSES.

I hope my niece understands more about playing bonuses from other people's internet connection. It shouldn't be a problem now though, she dropped the laptop, it broke, and I repossessed it because she never paid me for it:D (I originally bought it "for college", and on the condition she paid me back in installments).

As for operators, you don't WANT my niece as a customer, she ONLY plays free chips, has no money to play for real, owes ME money, and is a hypocrite:p

Something always pops up around here for entertainment. People who pull stunts like this aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer. I guess they don't figure anyone is smart enough catch them. Unfortunately for the OP, Bryan has extra-terrestrial senses. :D
 
I wouldn't put my money here. They will do anything they can to keep your winnings.
I didn't know they need a phone confirmation and didn't use phone number when registered and they kept my winnings I made ($300) (Even though I talked with support via phone and she never said there's any problems).
I had only 1 account and all my documents matched and all other details were correct.
They say they have this on their T&C but I made my account straight from an aff. link and nowhere I saw anything about my account getting closed and winnings void if I don't have a phone. After all it's an internet based casino.
After I tried to withdraw they said I'm a bonus abuser because I wanted to change my number after I won. Why would I use all my real name and address and send them my ID and utiility bill if I'd be a bonus abuser...
Just a painful reminder not to trust RTG casinos!
And also when my account got closed I couldn't get to live chat support from the client or website either. And they didn't answer any of my emails.
They didn't even explain why they declined my withdrawal and I was stunned about it.
The reason for that was told to me second hand and not from their support!
