I received an email this morning saying Lauren hasn't seen my in a while and wanted to get me back....it consisted of 2 bonus coupons...I try to redeem one and it said I had already redeemed it. Went to chat, and they said there was a problem and previous emails were being re-sent to players. I got offered a much smaller bonus from chat, and that was it, along with an apology for receiving that email.

I guess Lauren didn't miss me that much. :(

i got those twice in the last few days - from High Noon and Manhattan slots. Don't they think i have better things to do then checking expired coupons :rolleyes:

Mine were from High Noon and Club World....tried to use them and it said they already redeemed...they wanted to "tempt me back"...not really the way to do it:eek2:

Ya, that's what I mean....and they didn't even offer anything but a 60% bonus to me? Sure temps me to deposit.
 
yes i too had gotten two coupons from lauren and both would not work. chat said they had made a mistake and would send out another one. well they did send another but it didnt work. they also told me i had redeemed it already. went to history and didnt see that i had. anyway i didnt complain as lauren has sent me several free 50 dollar chips to tempt me back. which even on those i cant manage to cash out. i do usually redeem the bonus for 100% on a cash dep after i use the chip. its very nice that i have recieved these. just wish i could cash out on them. a couple times i got up to 300 dollars but didnt think i had met the wagering so i kept on playing and lost out.

I've recieved six (!) mails from Lauren today, all the same, about they did not saw me at their casino recently and offer me to play an expired bonus code at Manhatan Slots. Dunno, seems like spamming to me, lot of mails during a day is a problem...

Maybe a rep should take a look on this.
 
I received 3 Emails .... all with Expired Bonus codes at Highnoon today. If this has been an issue, why don't they resolve it and stop wasting everybodies time? :rolleyes:
 
I received 2 more this morning too. I was however emailed a bonus that I can use on my next deposit along with a little freebie, after emailing them and telling them what happened. :thumbsup:
 
Wow, i got 5 myself today from her but for Club World, i am at work for few more hours so i havent tried them as of yet. I hope they arent expired, I got one free $75, one free $30, and one for $15 loyalty. I havent cashed out there in months and ive deposited about 10 times over 2 months. I am starting to wonder about RTG if its even possible to win on there.
 
I also have recieved 3 emails from lauren in the past 3 days offering 3 free bonus chips. could not use any of them. i replied back to lauren telling her thanks for trying but no luck with the bonuses as i could not redeem any of them. dont know if my email to lauren actually made it but if i figured what the heck,

Unfortunately one of our servers had a little episode which resulted in a whole months worth of emails being sent again. This meant that many of you received emails containing coupon codes that you had already redeemed.

I do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. We have already identified the root cause of the problem and taken steps to ensure there are no repeat performances.

Screw coupons, how about loosening up a bit? My goodness, I dont think I have cashed out at Club World in over 2 months with about 20 deposits:mad:

I know its not you but the RTG software but things have changed over the last 3 months and not for the good of the players, unfortunately.
 
Well...it's been awhile since I used that free $60 chip. But I do remember playing on it for 3 or 4 days. I love the games (most of them). Now, unlike many of you with money (at least it appears this way to me) I have a Very limited fund to play with. I sometimes have to go a couple of months before I have $$ to blow. So I am accustomed to playing with SMALL deposits and making Small wagers. I haven't cashed out in Years...but I have cheap entertainment for hours..sometimes days. I can play longer on $25, than I can spend an evening out on the same amount. So a free $60 chip is a big deal to me. I appreciated the gift.

I want to know if my thinking here is WRONG? Now, WHY do they want my docs upfront, when I'm not cashing out?
I realize it will make cashing out quicker...I'm old..I don't get in a hurry any more. If I WIN something, then I will gladly send in my docs and Wait.
So...summary. I like the new HN casino. I like CW casino. But, I don't understand the documents thing.

Because of the new credit card lawsd that have gone into effect. To prove you are not using anothers credit card. Some CC company's allow one transaction per 24 hours. Just a few of the many reasons. Get A QT account. Much easier/quicker/safer IMO

It is pretty clear that no one cashes out at any RTG sites anymore, they will be out of business in the next couple years if you ask me. Gamblers can only handle depositing so many times before sending a casino to their trash been and off to cyberspace for eternity. I have done it with a couple casinos in the last few months and Club World is probably next on the list.
 
yea but...about the credit card thang

I thought that was why they sent me a Popup right there in the casino lobby (both places). Said to please call them and gave me a phone number. I called them. They said they just needed to verify my info. Asked me my name, address, user name...blood type...1st born male child's name LOL
I did what they asked and was thanked. So I would think that...was that...until I might want to...maybe get a chance to...hahahahaha cash out.

It's been soooo long since I cashed out at the MG place, I didn't know what info they would want. I looked at the papers CW & HN emailed me. It asks for my credit card number. I don't give my cc number to anyone. I bothers me, that places want me to send in docs with all my personal/financial info before I want money From them. I don't LIKE the idea of my info sitting around everyplace I might play! What a hassle. What if I decide after depositing ONE more time...I'm never going to do so again? All that was for nothing, and now they have my info. I don't have their personal info!LOL Just old school thinking I guess. But I still don't have to LIKE IT!
I took my Dad in to get his hearing aid fixed one time. The receptionist was looking up his records...she asked Dad for the last 4 digits of his SSN. He got a silly look on his face and said "what? I don't give people my SSN number"! She said, "sir, I just need the last 4 digits". Daddy said.."OK...you first!" That receptionist somehow managed to find him in the system w/o his SSN numbers. Hmmm. Maybe I come by my thinking naturally?!:rolleyes:
Maybe, I need to stick to brick and mortar casinos...where they just let you walk in the door and play.
