Hello all!!:)I think I might have found the right forum:thumbsup:.This is a pretty active one...that is what i need:rolleyes:.I just need to find a couple of someones that can help my wife and I get our casinos(RIVAL casinos)in order.I will become a posting monster if I could just get some reliable assistance that can do something to help me other than "thank you for your patience....your patience is appreciated....I will be with you shortly":mad:

That's because nearly all 26 Rival casinos use just 1 centralised chat support room.
I'm not sure if the operators can tell from which casino you started your chat, especially for groups of 2 or more casinos, so asking which casino you are referring to is a innocent question.

Do you have a specific problem which you need help with?

actually KasinoKing, there is a specific,my wife and I favor Rival powered slots, its all we deposit on. A couple months months back she closed all her accounts because we were informed that you cant have accounts at multiple casinos, and we could not have accounts at the same casinos.I pretty much had mine taken card of. I deposit at maybe 9-11 rival slots I am happy with mine. well Jamie(my wife) only plays at 3 or 4 but she wants an account at vanguard because the have tournaments. I closed my account with them just a couple days after I opened it and they will not let my wife create an account. Is there anything you can do to change the personal info and reopen it for her?

Unfortunately my powers don't reach that far!
All you can do is put your case to the casino manager & ask them to reconsider.

You were obviously treading on dodgy ground since most casinos forbid more than one account per family/address.
I strongly suggest that in future you and your wife make sure you never sign-up at the same casino or group. I'm sure there are plenty to go around! Did you know there are now 26 recommended Rivals as 5 new ones opened in the last 2 months? If you don't know them all I have a list on my site - and I'm sure you CAN have 1 account at ALL of them. (that's not 1 each - 1 between you and your wife!)

My or rather our experience.

My wife opened an account at Cocoa. No promotions available yet deposited and played nevertheless. Never cashed out on a couple of deposits. She then closed her account and I was able to open my own account there. Same computer, same household.

Several days after registration, received a personal email from the casino manager that they had placed a free chip in my account. Never materialised and when I asked about it I was told that my wife had an account with them previously. My wife had never taken any bonus from them so wtf? Furthermore, the email to me was a personal one and they must have known that my account stemmed from the same pc and household. Disgusted, I closed both my accounts at Cocoa and Paradise8, their sister casino.
