After around 2 weeks of Conquestador messing around with extremely unusual and unfair KYC checks, I finally got my account and withdraw approved. It was clear you were doing your best to cancel my withdrawal, however, I got there in the end.

I have now logged into my account and it has been locked, when asking your live chat why I have been told "We have decided it would not be in our interests to let you back on the site, sorry but we will not be able to tell you why"

Why is this?

I banned the other account since that person was using a Gmail email addy. Not a casino rep and pretending he was - asking for player info. Bad start.
