There was a time from Bonus round with 15 spins I got up to 60 spins. Believe it or not Bet365 has to remove this game after I had a big win from the game .its funny when I was playing and get logged out. I go back to the website the game was gone. But I go to the app it’s still there. So I play from the app but after 30 mins same problem and the game from the app was gone also I contacted them and they said game provider remove it. They have no idea lol. Poor Bet365

Why would they remove a slot cause someone got a big win from it? I dont see DOA being removed from every casino when someone gets wild line

big wins do sometimes get casinos reaching for the off switch, I seem to recall a case involving william hill and a slot, where they didn't want to pay out a huge win and believed the game had malfunctioned, but in the end iirc they paid up... obviously as faults work both ways, publicity that a slot makers game was faulty isn't good for business.

I got a response from Betvictor today with $200 credits but its helpless. They explained because of lost connection so game provider had to manual processed that round and when I ask the result of that bonus round they said the game provider didn’t state that on the response. I need to wait again for them to contact game provider. Like come on, all I want to know is how much I won or solutions for me. Of course I know this is lost connection. And they said that $200 is from Betvictor for me because of the waiting time which is I really appreciated that .
