They are based in Costa Rica. There is also a tale of a player who was on holiday there, and popped into their offices to ask about a withdrawal he had been waiting for. "security" followed him out, and then gave him a beating and a warning to NEVER come into the office to ask about a withdrawal EVER again. THIS is the kind of operator that the government of Costa Rica allow to operate a business (there is no distiction between a normal business and a GAMBLING business, it's the SAME license). Any foreign business can get one of these "licenses", and so long as they contribute to the local economy by employing enough locals, and pay their taxes and fees, they will be left alone by the authorities. Gambling operators CANNOT accept Costa Rican players, so THIS is what the government there REALLY think of their licensed operators.

In terms of getting paid from Virtual, a mere 1 month is a very short time, many players have battled for MONTHS to get paid, and HAVE been paid in the end.

Virtual group tend to pay their "loyal" players first, so you have to APPEAR to be prepared to deposit AGAIN once you get paid, even WITHOUT a bonus (not that Virtual say this is ever necessary - in fact they don't even LIKE players who don't use bonuses, they have no delaying excuses to use).

Any serious action should be left as long as possible, because if you DO issue a VISA chargeback, you will NEVER see the money, and may also have trouble elsewhere. I believe you can wait up to 6 months from the incident, and still make a chargeback. You could ask for advice from your card issuer, tell them you THINK you might have a problem with this particular "merchant", but would rather NOT issue a chargeback until you are out of time, because you would rather the merchant sorted it out for you.

Once Virtual have returned at least your deposit, they will be protected from a chargeback provided they can prove to VISA they have done so. I expect you will at least get the 800 back from them.

You could tell them that you are no longer playing because there seems to be a problem in the withdrawals process, but would LOVE to play again once this is sorted because nowhere else has offers even close to theirs.

Above all, do NOT mention anything about having found Casinomeister, or other forums, as they will know the game is up, and that once paid you will NOT be back.

Shortly, the spam will start for other casinos in their group. It will NOT be obvious they are related, but IF they can get you to deposit at a sister site and win, they have further excuses to not pay, such as "serial bonus abuser".

update i got payed

well yesterday i got a payment from cirrus uk

to be honest i had it in my head that i would never get any money out of this outfit so for amuzment decided to play off the funds i had available and leave only my deposit sum left in my account

i can only say nothing has changed with this monkey outfit
i sent over 30 emails
had to contact chat everyday for last 2 and a half months
i had 28 declined withdrawals
had to send docs 10 times as they said they didnt recieve them

all in all im glad i have not lost anything in the end albeit i didnt make a profit

but just glad i got my deposits back

i have swiftly deleted this outfit from my computer and also requested a new card from my bank and cancelled the one i deposited there with

all in all a small result for me

thank you so much to everyone who helped me in this thread with advise

it is really apriciated

ok ill start by stating i am a fool

i didnt read the rogue section on here before joining an online casino which is on the rogue list
Which begs the question, what parts of this site did you exactly read?!
This groups rogue status is hardly a secret, infact the information on this site, regarding this group is in bright flashing neon lights.

The fact that you probably won't get paid, doesn't mean to say you should give up all hope. The main thing you need to do is keep asking them for updates on your pending withdrawal and comply with their requests. If you simply just wait and do nothing, then you are playing into their hands as they will hope you will quietly go away and forget about it.

I read with total dismay that you did EXACTLY what they wanted you to do...
Shame you couldn't have been more patient - for 6 grand I would have been!

Reading what this casino does really makes me want to :puke:

i am surprised some of the people who have lost huge amounts to a rogue like this doesn't make that same visit but perhaps not so alone. i mean it's not like Costa rica really has much of a Rule of law thing going on.

rogue casino + banana republic + jungle = unused return ticket

Unless you are planning to visit them with malice in your heart and a gun in your hand, I wouldn't advise it.

Keep in mind that the laws in Costa Rica are so fu%$#d up and the police and government are so corrupt and amoral, that they are not only only renown for being the host of the majority of all rogue casinos, they are also the number one destination for pedophile tourism.

There is NOTHING GOOD about this country.

Too bad the big earthquake wasn't centered a few hundred miles south west.

I guess all that was kinda my point :eek2:

Not something I would ever be inclined to get my hands dirty with, but hearing about some the amounts stolen...I'm surprised someone hasn't clicked some fingers and that. Probably not appropriate subject matter to be discussing, in any case. I'll leave it there....
