~~ Hello ~~

I chose this name since it best described how I felt the moment I joined this forum.

I am facing some difficulty getting withdrawal from an online casino. I won't mention name at this point... I still hope to get it resolved privately.

This forum has definitely provided me great information from how to resolve my withdrawal issue to how to choose a new casino to play at.

Thank you again fellow members~

PS- weesie - you are special :)

We are ALL SPECIAL ---- smart enough to find our way here where we can share and learn from each other and the collective experiences/support of Bryan and all the team.

I really wish the casinos would treat us players as special. As you can tell from my name, my experience with some sites just brought me despair... despite being a high wagering good player. But thank you for your warm welcome~! That warmed me up a lot!

BTW, I am trying PAB but it won't allow me to upload my support attachments, anyone could help or advise me?

Thank you in advance!

So you have not changed your name yet?;)

I better report your post and maybe a moderator can give you some advice. I'm so bad in explaining how to do it in English, sorry :)

Thank you SO MUCH - I submitted a Pitch a Bitch and received an email saying that it was received and can go a page to see the progress or messages, but when I click the link that was emailed to me, it says
"Despair, you do not have permission to access this page."

How I can contact Maxd or other moderators so I could access my own Pitch a Bitch or upload files?

I am so glad that members here are supportive. Yes, my name hasn't changed yet and I tried all liberal approaches... now things have to escalate...

Hello,

Sorry to hear of your troubles with 123Bingo though I'm sorry to say I'm not surprised. As you can see from the Warning we posted in July -- see 123Bingo Online: dodgy practices and mishandled winnings -- we've had serious issues with these guys in the past. It appears things haven't improved.

Regarding your inability to include attachements with your PAB: I have to ask, have you read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ? I hope you recall that when you submitted your PAB you agreed that you had read and understood the FAQ. I ask because in the PAB, section 3.5, I think I make it quite clear that you should hang on to your supporting material until we ask for it.

Please do read that FAQ if you haven't already: although our service is free you also have responsibilities in the PAB process and the FAQ spells those out. The FAQ is required reading for all PABers.

As to not being able to view the thread where your PAB is posted I'm afraid that is a known bug. The PAB process is internal to Casinomeister and for staff eyes only. That message you get is generated by the forum software and not something we have direct control over.

Finally to your PAB itself: the problem we have is that we know the casino is behaving disreputably, and they know we know. The truth is they just don't care. Our experience with them has shown that no amount of pushing from us is going to produce a desireable result for you. In other words there's not a lot we can do for you.

The best I can do is forward your PAB details to them and hope for the best. If they respond of course I will take things from there and do what I can for you, but the truth is that I've been down this road with them before and the either don't respond at all or they say "yes, we'll take care of it" and do absolutely nothing. Hence the Warning mentioned earlier.

Anyway, there it is, I think that pretty much covers the questions you've raised. Let me know if there's anything further.

Regards,
Max, Casinomeister.com

Dear Maxd,

I did read all the FAQs in detail for PABs. When I see that the link from my email didn't work, I thought it might be because of my account status, as suggested by the warning msg. perhaps the newbie status. It is good to know the file attachment button and link is bug or not supposed to work and that it has nothing to do with my account.

I also did see the warning for July - the person involved has an account transferred from BigRoomy.com and 123bingo used all kinds of excuse to not pay.
They probably think they could get away with the account transfer, lost info excuse which wouldn't apply to many other existing or future players.

For my case, I started from 123bingo from day1. I deposited multiple times and played over 18000 bingo games, played way more than the required 3X wagering requirement for both my deposits and bonus money.

If they do not respond and take care of this, I am prepared to make sure my detail experience is SEO optimized for any internet search for 123bingo, Bingoflash or Melina Bingo.

I will supply for proofs that may be needed to move them from Warning of "123Bingo Online: dodgy practices and mishandled winnings" to put all their sister sites in the actual "Rogue Casino List".

Thank you very much for your help!

Yes, I understand your frustration. However, you should know that Bryan aka [profile]Casinomeister[/profile] is the keeper of the Rogue List. If you want to see 123Bingo rogued he is the guy to contact.

Maxd, I am going to give you a few days to work on what you do best - the Pitch a Bitch process.
If it is deemed unsuccessful, I will contact Bryan and supply all my proofs to make sure they are on the actual Rogue Casino list.

For the time being, I will start writing my experience to be posted here, other forums and blogs so that it would be ready to be launched in the coming days.
Look forward to hearing progress from you.
