Oooh i might not be the best to advise but if you share a few small details in this thread, nothing too much and no specific screenshots or detailed emails from the casino, I or somebody else might be able to point you in the right direction.

Edit: @dunover is there a 'welcome to CM' guide or 'where to start' or such like i should be sharing. I always worry im pointing peops in the wrong direction.
