Hi all,

I would first like to introduce my self. My name is Daniel and I am 33 years old and I have been working in the online casino world for around 5 years now and I was active on Casinomeister for abit over 3 years when I worked at Videoslots. I have now had a nice vacation and started my new adventure at Pragmatic Play as Head of Social Marketing.

Casinomeister has always been a fantastic place to for any company to be to receive feedback about their product but also have the opportunity give back to the community with insight and clarity regarding various questions but also have fantastic competitions for the forum to join!

This thread is open for any questions, feedback or suggestions regarding Pragmatic Play and our product and how we can improve to deliver even better product!

Please feel free as always to contact me here or via PM if you have any questions and I am looking forward to being active here again.

Br,

Daniel

Welcome back Dan :)

I have to say that Pragmatic slots have improved by leaps and bounds over the last year or so. Many of your slots were too low variance for my liking, but the most recent releases like Peking Luck, Madame Destiny, and Da Vincis Treasure are tough, but fun slots to play!

Glad to have you back with us, Dan! We missed you! :)

I recently tried many Pragmatic slots, and I like many of them.
I have 2 questions for now:
1. What is the chance for that 180,000x in Peking Luck? :D
2. Why some low volatility slots with as low as 100x max pay have 15 - 45 max bet? It can't be because of max liability (like the 2.50 max bet for Peking Luck).

Madame, Peking, John Hunter and I'll even throw in 5 Lions and Gold Rush are amazing games. Does Pragmatic have any plans to release more High Volitility games? The newest release (master chen or something) was a bit disappointing - I don't even think there is a free spins/bonus round. Considering at this time Pragmatic is probably the hottest brand right now, my advice is to get those HV games (even 4 star Volitility) out to the market stat.

Some PP slots are OK but like Red Tiger they tend to be very formulaic. I play them but just don't have that belief that I will win big on them. I'm not sure why that is!

Welcome back Dan.
I never tried Pragmatic Play game yet, but Madame Destiny looks interesting slot, I will have a go when I have a nice balance on my account since it looks like HV slot which means I need enough fund to have some play time.

Good to see you here again.

Hi Nate,

We do have different RTP settings on our slots but we always release the slot by default on the highest RTP and it would only be a lower setting if a casino would have requested it from us. The currently set RTP is advertised in the game, inside the paytable and users can check the current RTP at any time. The default RTP is usually between 96-97% and almost all operators use the default RTP.

The screenshot below will show how to find the current enabled RTP setting on any of our slots.

Always been a fan of Pragmatic slots, the unique "personality" of each release creates a feeling of diversity in the product line instead of the"yet another clone" syndrome embraced by many others.

Pragmatic's success at offering the opportunity for big returns without turning the base game into a veritable wasteland of dead spins and disappointment also seems to be a dying art.

Granted, Peking luck seems to stray from this slightly in both design and playstyle, but the potential offered in the free spins glossed that over for me.

Looking forward to seeing what's next on the menu.

Welcome back.

Cheers!

Hi Daniel,

The RTP is always advertised in the game manual.,

Hence, not like Play 'n Go that offers a possibility to remove the RTP?

pretty much sums my feelings. Their slots tend to be so different and its hard to find 2 similar, not to mention cloned pragmatic slots. Compared to other providers, that just keep on releasing same things over and over again, with different icons, pragmatic slots feel and are so different.

Hell when they released Rhino slot i was 100% sure its going to be another clone of raging rhino with slightly different name but yet they managed to create a completely different, yet interesting slot. They really have improved their slots offering a ton with quality of their latest releases. At first i wasnt huge fan (actually i wasnt fan at all) but now i play them on regular basis.

Another thing i like is they offer all sorts of variance, starting from (too) low ones to extra HV slots, which is clearly shown when you start a slot and its something other providers could use too.

On the other side i feel their graphical presentation could be a bit better because compared to other new developers like yggdrasil and playngo they feel a bit dated. Also, quickspin feels odd because symbols just drop in all at the same time. If you use quickspin slots it feels more like you are opening a bunch of scratchards instead of playing slots :p (which essentially you are but ...yeah)

ive been playing their slots more often than likes of netent or mg (bar odd old release) so they are definitely doing something right.

Hi Nikantw,

Fantastic news that you have started to play some of our slots and that you have had a good experience.

Regarding your questions.

1. I don't have the details about the mathematics on our slots but I do know its possible to win the 180,000 x win but it will require some luck to hit it!

2. Our slots do always have a default max bet settings but casinos can because of different reasons sometimes send a request where they wish to change the max bet of a specific slot.

Hi Harry,

I moved from Malta to join their HQ instead. It was time to get a change of scenery! I will have to contact you via PM so I know where to go!

Hi Daniel, great to see you back in your new role.
I am not a huge fan of Pragmatic Slots as I never have the feeling I can win big and I think the highest x stake win I ever had on any Pragmatic slot is well under 100x.
Played madame destiny for a good bit but in about 1200 spins I triggered 2x the free spins, the second time it retriggered 2x and still only ended up with 65x stake.
5OAKs are also very rare on Pragmatic slots.
That said the slots play very sleek and I like the themes.

Not really any questions but I have some feedback:
PLEASE stop these horrible suspense graphics where the reels spin a bit longer every time when you can make a 3OAK or more.
I does not add anything except annoyance especially because 90 out of a 100 times it is useless as you do not hit a bloody thing.

Nothing further here :)
Good to see you back!

I will try Peckin Luck soon as I hear some good stories about that slot. :)

And just as a side note, I can play Greentube again at VS, your successors sorted that for me. :D

hi and welcome back :)
agree with the getting 3oak and then slow spins like your going to hit something big really annoying and the reason i dont play
some of the games, same goes with some BTG games i for one hate it :)

.....The currently set RTP is advertised in the game, inside the paytable .....

Hi Dan,

Can you check the following games, because I can't find the RTP inside the info/paytable in them.

romeo-and-juliet
lady-of-the-moon
aladdin-s-treasure
great-reef
the-catfather
glorious-rome
tales-of-egypt
hockey-league
dwarven-gold (not the deluxe)
