I really need thier Rep to sort this live chat just keeps saying okay ill check account, Okay well send this further to relevant team, Then relevant team emails me in few hours and just says oh we cant do anything if you dont send documents, They keep ignoring my claim of them breaking the LCCP if this isn't solved by 5th of december ill probally try opening a PAB as im really not getting anywhere right now, I dont understand how im being asked for prove my address even they accepted my proof of address already , And now ive gotta walk 2 miles to take a photograph of me holding my birth certificate only for them to make some new request after i comply with thier request, Next they are going ask me to stand next my house with the door number lol
