Having trouble withdrawing at Rizk or 32red?

I really don't understand what the big deal is about your birth certificate.

Under UK law, birth certificates are known as Public Records which means that any person can apply for a copy of any certificate, providing that they know the details of the birth that is required.

Because my mums a bit of a paranoid nutcase, Shes a bit of a control freak so when i ask her for birth certificate i have to talk to her for over an hour and explain the same thing 30 times then she still asks questions , It took me 4 days to get her to give me a photo , If i have to get birth certificate from her itll be a pain honestly

Your an adult mate maybe you need to take more control of your shit it will save a lot less hassle in the future..
 
I sent my birth certificate 33 hours ago and they still are processing my documents, Last live chat told me to contact them after 24 hours but it seems the live chat is now down, Im starting to get a bit bored of waiting on a site that told me they would try and process my birth certificate within 3 hours and mark my account urgent as ive now been stalled 7 days for a withdrawal , It feels like they have disabled the chat for my account to stall me further , I just want to withdraw the money its actually driving me nuts, I dont exactly need the money but it would be nice to have a little extra to spend on stuff.
 
So it still says processing withdrawal , But they returned the money back into my account the withdrawal was processing for 7 days , Seems to me another tactic to try and get me to spend the money but i went ahead and submitted another Withdrawal for the full amount as i don't wish to gambling on the site until im verified , I just want to note that i pm'd thier rep 3 days ago and didn't get a reply , Its now taken roughly 40 hours to process one document even if they are going to decline it, Then ill be stalled for a further few days till they look at the next document i havn't tried thier live chat since i got up today but ill give it a go soon.

Update : Rizk declined it and said via email it was declined because it was a birth certificate not because of the photo i sent, Despite me being asked and told that they would accept a birth certificate because of my situation , I dunno what to do now in regards to this if they are just going to keep declining the birth certificate as there upload page isnt letting me send a birth certificate so the email team isnt aware that ive been asked to send the BC
 
I had a look back through my cm messages to when I had my rizk account verified, and at the time I recall having similar issues. This was only resolved when I asked captain rizk (the old cm rep for rizk at the time) for help, and he basically said he'd sent a note to the team mentioning my birth certificate and that it should be ok after that. I then apparently uploaded it as i.d , and my withdrawal was processed shortly after and account verified.

Doesn't help you much at the moment! But for me it looked like i needed that extra help from the rep here at the time to get me verified with my Bc.

I got my mum to send me a better picture showing full document which is readable incase they declined it cause was too close on camera i pmd there rep 4 days ago but hasnt replied to me
 
Yeah im not sure who that rep is for rizk now but from what I've seen they are hard to get hold of. As i say, at the time i needed the reps help and it was fairly quick from there, but in your case a bit harder to deal with now. Good luck anyway!

I tried to but i cant due to electoral office being shut at the moment, and passport require photo to be signed by someone in police,doctor or solicitor and i dont have the spare cash for to pay for it at the moment as i used most of the money i got from 32Red for christmas presents, a new monitor (my old ones starting to die) and food shopping and bills i wasnt really thinking about the rizk verification when i got paid the £1800 from 32 lol
 
Update: Okay now Rizk are taking piss after live chat told me several times if i sent a birth certificate i would be fully verified they are asking for an absurd request further to verify my account they want proof of address even tho ive already had my proof of address verified and accepted which seems wierd, But now theyve asked me to send them a photograph of me holding my birth certificate and a piece of paper with the date on it, Surely now they are just stalling because this is the most ridiculous request i've ever seen
 
I didnt have to do that when i sent them my birth certificate - but ive done this at 2 or 3 other places in the past, so i know it can be asked for some places.

Hopefully LadyJelena can get the rizk rep to reply to you and get you their help finally.

I was told in the live chat and email several times after they accept my birth certificate i can withdraw tho, So them to ask additional documents now is unethical tbh , Im going to contact thier live chat cause they can see my previous chats and emails they send out, So if i get someone to see them confirming that asked for my birth certificate would fully verify me i might be able to convince them to let me withdraw due to complying and bring up thier LCCP again being breached in regards to it.
 
I really need thier Rep to sort this live chat just keeps saying okay ill check account, Okay well send this further to relevant team, Then relevant team emails me in few hours and just says oh we cant do anything if you dont send documents, They keep ignoring my claim of them breaking the LCCP if this isn't solved by 5th of december ill probally try opening a PAB as im really not getting anywhere right now, I dont understand how im being asked for prove my address even they accepted my proof of address already , And now ive gotta walk 2 miles to take a photograph of me holding my birth certificate only for them to make some new request after i comply with thier request, Next they are going ask me to stand next my house with the door number lol

I was discussing how im meant to get a goverment document birth certificate to be readable while holding a piece of paper with the date on it as well she suggested i held it with my chin, I feel like im audition for a circus right now , All this for £1500 withdrawal not even £5k

Probally but i got my friend with his very high quality pixel camera phone to take photos after trying myself for half an hour and failing, You can even read the words outta book on the photos he took, So if they turn down either i've sent then theres something fishy going on as i looked at both photos and can read every single word on both documents, Can even see a 1mm grey hair on my head lol
 
I think we can all agree they shouldn't decline these photos as theres nothing wrong with the image in my opinion anyway the full image unedited is much closer looking and text is bigger/readable but you can see quality of image is high

Definitely a carrot cruncher from the back end of Co.Tryone :p yup and the docs look clear but seriously mate I'd apply for the passport and play them at their own game.
I renewed mine over the lock down and the turn around was 14 days another member had the same issue with another casino for a 30k cash out she applied and had it in 14 days also I'll try and find the thread
 
So i was speaking to live chat and she said that my account from her end now looks fully verified and i just need to wait until the account updates and completes the verification i sent yesterday, Will keep you all posted but from what live chat said that my proof of address, face verification, card and bank are all verified from what she can see on her end as the 2 photos i sent were both approved , But wont hold my breath just yet but seems to sound better than what previous live chat/verification were asking as usually verification was emailing me asking me to send other stuff during other documents being processed , Althought the last 2 photos have taken 30 hours so far since sent them
 
Well its 7pm the next day , And this is what my account still says in regards to verification, They keep saying im fully verified now on live chat but arent sure why my withdrawal hasnt been approved yet and they just feed me on circles saying ill receive an email when they know more but had zero response apart from live chat , All im getting out of my account information is the documents are still processing but live chat keep saying the documents were approved on wednesday night, Surely there stalling now or something how hard can it be to change my account status to verified, I honestly feel like they are trying to find reasons to not pay out now.

Hi all well, well Iam fully verified at risk for along time, i stopped playing there due to their outages, bank wire fees, then a few months ago after new take over, or same company who the fuck knows, they srat to use world pay as payment provider for canadians, I withdrew from their a few times under 24hrs in bank account, now back to their same old bullshit, 6 days since withdraw, and support says now, can take 8days fuck off to that, iam venting because they're is no rep here or hes listed as aWol . What horse shit casinos
are turning into, fuck I would hate to have to verify now At risk, I want my fucking withdraw. Not 8days ,even casinos from the pit of hell, pay faster.
 
Yeah since their affiliate manager put me in contact with the right person, much better than it was if I encounter a situation. Which almost never happens at rizk. Just dont play the money and you will get paid. It makes no sense to do that to a player. It kills all the fun and it becomes stressful and frustrating. Rizk is bml now so don’t expect geniuses from their regular support. I really don’t get it though... they paid instantly everytime. Another bml casino handled one of my withdrawal like complete uninformed and barely retarded incompetent last week. I will never play there again. Only once is enough for me. You should be done with them by now IMO. If everybody would do that, their regular support would eventually improve. But taking gamblers for granted is such an easy task and has no repercussion whatsoever. Accept deposit, take the customers money, if he wins well... put staff so bad at their job that losing the money back will feel like a better choice than actually suffering mentally trying to comply to ridiculous demands over and over again. Why don’t you use muchbetter buddy? 5 seconds withdrawals at rizk. Its an ewallet that can de funded with an e transfer and the only fee you pay is 4$ when you make an etransfer withdrawal request. All free if casino pays the currency exchange fee like rizk so the transactions are in CAD. Bitstarz used to process in EUR but they corrected it. Dont use it if EUR is used though. 7% of deposits and withdrawals with no cap. My 3500 cashout at ojo was a suprise since they use cad for deposits and eur for cashouts. 250$ fee lol

Is this still happening? In LCCP it states that a casino cannot stall a withdrawal if they ask for ID after the withdrawal has been placed. Had this "fully verified" message somewhere before and then was asked for ID, proof of address and copy of bank card. What's so hard for these companies...either blanket ask everyone at the start or dont ask at all.

Ill just chalk it up as a learning experience, i won 1900ish with the free 10 spins they gave me for depositing £10er didnt even use the 10er before i won the 1900 with the free 10 spins won 40 or something of book of dead was only playing for fun tbh , So did £1 on reactoonz and hit a ton of pinks with garga and it hit 1900 ended up withdrawing and getting £1500 so cant say i didnt have fun playing about with the 400 i didnt withdraw , Well im on gamstop now so thats me done with gambling till may 2021 , Honestly if rizk didnt take me over 20 days to withdraw i would of still did an odd 10-20 quid but it really just annoyed me that i completely blacklisted myself and honestly dont mind if i never play slots again heard gamstop makes it hard to get back onto 32red tho, which i wouldnt mind as everytime i withdrew they were fast and hassle free
